I especially liked the little hidden path to the lake and the garden area... very peaceful

The staff at the hotel were first class, so nice, friendly and helpful .. for example I was cycling on the last day when I checked out they said I could leave the car for a few hours and when I came back they had pre-heated a shower and changing room and gave me a fresh towel .. in addition when I checked out the reception staff gave me a bag with water and an apple for my trip home... nice, really nice. The Breakfast and bar staff were equally helpful and kind ... food and drink in the hotel was outstanding. Thank you for a wonderful few days of peace.

Perfectly placed cosy nice hotel at the upper end of Garda lake, with a wonderful garden and well looking pool, spotless clean. Perfect communication before arrival, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast, safe parking. We had only an overnight, and could not try the spa. Departure gift with water an apples :)

Amazing place! I arrived so tired, but I got a wonderful view from my room... The breakfast was so tasty, the staff was so polite, the winter decorations were so nice... I think "amazing" is the right word to describe my stay there (although I didn't have time to check the spa area).

I decided to pay for an upgrade—however, it was after I paid that I was informed that the balcony faced the street, and the bed was just two smaller beds put together. This information was not in the description of the room. Not worth it:( Also the spa was an extra cost, and this information was only available after booking. More transparency needed.

The hotel was an amazing boutique hotel and exceeded our expectations. Our friends we travelled with had stayed there before and said it was a fantastic stay and it really was. The rooms were spacious, beds and pillows super comfortable and it was in a very quiet location. The breakfast is outstanding and even offered the most delicious cakes such as homemade apple pie, cheesecake and macarons and cream cakes which we couldn’t resist trying as we were on holiday! Why not… Fresh squeezed orange juice, make your own pancakes and boil your own eggs were delicious. We hired bikes for €4 per day to see more of the area. The hotel is decorated in a classy and elegant fashion and it feels so grand for a small hotel. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming and were exceptional in helping you have the best time. The pool and gardens were stunning.

This type of room faces the street - expect lots of noise, so if you are sensitive - bring your hearplugs with you.

Car park is a little tight especially for a large car, but that is not a major issue. We loved it all!

Lovely room with air con and really comfy bed. Breakfast was amazing! A large choice of food and drinks including Prosecco. The pool area was lovely with pool side service.

WE paid a good rate for our room and the hotel is advertised as a spa hotel. It therefore feels wrong to be charged each time you use the spa facilities.
