Please use bigger bottom sheets on the bed as the mattress was quite exposed when in bed.

Don’t expect big luxury! But everything works fine

The Lift to hotel on 5th floor. I had to walk down 10 flights of stairs twice as lift door not closed properly floors below Im a 67yo woman ..Did complain but still happened again . Suggested they put sign in lift re shutting door plz

That being said: Naples central is very dodgy.

Shout out to Francesco for helping us out and pointing us to all the best spots in Naples! The b&b is a really nice and clean place to stay. Breakfast good too. Honestly didn’t really notice any noise from the street once inside. And you’re on an easy spot to get around to the rest of the city.

Many transients and street people in the area. Too much trash everywhere.

Location to the train station, nice rooms and close to guided tour starting area across the plaza. Other side of the plaza had nice restaurants.

Bathroom seemed unfinished such as no towel hooks or toilet roll holder etc. Loud outside Air con was very cold, even on the warmest setting so you were either too hot without it or freezing cold with it on. The owner/ reception are not always there so if you are a few mins late checking in (we were 5 mins late) they will keeping calling you to find out where you are.

The breakfast was great. Central to the train station. Public transport links nearby to get to Spanish quarter. Felt fresh and new.

good location for the bus and train station. off the main road in a court yard with many other B&Bs, name is located on a plaque on the wall. quiet with modern facilities.

The bathroom had this horrible sounding vent that turned on with the light switch, it stopped making noise after a few minutes but once you turned the light on again it started too. you could also hear the same vent noise from other rooms since the walls are kinda thin. Also the mini fridge was not plugged in, we looked for the plug but it couldn’t be plugged in cause the outlet was not right. not a huge con but just sad you couldn’t keep sandwiches or drinks in the room if you stayed for longer (like we did). The remote also didn’t work but that was ok for us once the internet was back on. i would prefer if they spoke or understood a bit more english so communication would be less difficult, but then again we are in Italy.

The stay was in a good location regarding metro and train station for further traveling. We had an amazing pizza place right under our noses. The room is located on the 5th floor with a very tight lift to take you there. We had some problems with wifi but that got fixed during our stay there. The breakfast was sweet and a nice addition, just a shame you have to eat it on the bed cause it can get messy. The room also got cleaned every day so if you dont like cleaning ladies going in, you probably have to let them know beforehand.

When booking the hotel there weren’t any instructions how to check-in. There was no one there to let us in, so we had to call the property so they could give us a code number to enter.

The hotel was in a really good location, just 50 meters from the central train station. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff, although couldn’t speak English, they were really friendly and helpful.

Perfect one-night stay. We arrived by train and left by airplane the next day. Philip Royal had easy, contactless check-in and modern rooms. The guesthouse is on the 5th floor of an older building, but there is an elevator. It's near the main train station, which can be a weird place in some big cities, but the B&B is on the main street and felt safe.

A little bit scared enviroment around the station, but I think whole Naples unsafety a little bit.

Very clean room. Good location to start journey around Naples. Friendly staff. Sweet breakfast and quality coffee in the morning.
