Nothing particular comes to my mind. Only positive experience.

First of all, location is perfect, only some 7 minutes walk from the train station and some 10 minutes to the very core of historical centre and all museums. Room was clean, bed very comfy and staff very friendly. Really appreciated, thank you.

Entrance hard to find, it is just a door on the street with a buzzer in amongst others. once inside the door and also in the room it is very dated, sparse and lacking in welcoming decor and atmosphere. Shower poor and cold, toilet flush comical in its own way with a old stiff push button and high level cistern on the wall. Desperately in need of an upgrade and a refresh. If I had to be honest it is a bit embarrassing as a hotel and i have stayed in beter hostels.

No tea/coffee facilities

Nice big airy hotel, very quiet at night, and friendly and helpful receptionist. Area seemed fine at night, short walk to restaurants, 15 minutes to the station.

There was no hot water. The space heater in my room did not work, and when I checked, it appeared that the heater, the power adaptor, and the outlet had recently caught on fire and melted. The entire hall smelled like smoke and cigarettes. The construction workers loudly started working in the hallway early in the morning.

It does not look like at all as in the photos on booking, only the bathroom looks the same. It is an old office building which somehow was transformed into a hotel with very old furniture, the whole room’s floor is covered in old flor tiles and there is no separate place for your shoes from outside, please add some cheapest slippers for your guest!

The walls are just very thin, you can hear everything being said in nearby rooms. my neighbor had their tv on and at high volume. Also, around midnight it sounded like there were teenagers in the stairwell playing music. They were being very loud and it lasted until like 3 am. I had a lot of trouble sleeping most of the nights I stayed here.

This is a rundown place with old building smell. I believe a standard animal shelter is cleaner than this hotel. Furniture is broken and dusty, towels are very worn out.

I chose this hotel due to its location and the picture on booking.com. Unfortunately, this hotel is nothing like what you see on photo.

The location is good,we can find easily. The room is clean,tidy. The bathroom is clean, no foul smell. The bed is comfortable.The towels are clean, good smell.The surrounding is quiet. The staff are very nice. It's near the city center. We can walk to Duomo. There are bistro nearby.

The room we had didn’t really look like what we were expecting or the pictures. The shower head was broken in our room so you had to hold it in place to shower.

I can’t justify the money paid for this property. The rooms are very old, we had a huge room with tiny bathroom that you could barely move in. mosquitos were a big issue in the room every night even though we kept all windows closed. There was not a fridge in the room, even the most basic hotels I have stayed in have had a fridge.
