Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I can't say I didn't like it, but just for your information: there are restaurants and pizzerias all around, but in the evening you won't find a free table unless you order in advance. Maybe it's because we were there on a Saturday night.
Very nice budget hotel, in a very convenient location, near the train station. Lots of restaurants and pizzerias around. Getting into the hotel room is a real "escape game", in this case, "breaking in game" with codes, with phone calls for the door key, but the hostess explains everything perfectly in a WhatsaApp message. The room has a kitchenette with the possibility of preparing breakfast and also a fridge to cool beer.

Nothing to complain.
Great staying in Piccole Suite di Charme! Just next to the Marconi metro station, the apartment is newly furnished with all the facilities needed. The staff is exceptional, always available in case of necessity, in my case, even more than what I excepted! I will surely come back!

The only incovenience is that when I arrived the room was not ready yet and had to wait 15 minutes for the cleaning to be done, but I guess that can happen and did not impact the extremely good experience with this accomodation. The lady taking care of the cleaning was very nice and considerate anyways.
Location was perfect, just above the metro station, near the train station, with a supermarket nearby and walking distance to my points of interest. The room was super clean, FULLY equipped with everything, including a small kitchen. Bed very comfortable, as well as the bathroom. Self-check-in procedure very convenient and easy and perfectly explained.

It was very clean and the little tea place+ refrigerator was very useful! Entrance was also very convenient as it was not necessary to coordinate much with anyone. Even though the check out schedule is quite early, we were able to leave our bags, so we discovered Torino freely until it was time to leave. Then, just a ten minute walk to the station! Would recommend and stay there again We also loved our room's view!

"Piccole suite di charme" it is a lovely , exceptional very clean place , located in the heart of Turin .You may reach very easy just by walking to Via Roma , Egiptian Museum , Valentino Park and so on , all located in the center of Turin .Porta Nova railway station and the metro station is near. As well , restaurants, caffees ,amaizing pizza places are just few steps away from the flats.The politechnico di Torino (Architecture and engineering ) is few minutes away. The land lady Eva and her sweet mother , are so lovely , always so helpful , positive , good hearted persons . You will be delighted to live in this beautiful , very clean and so welcoming place , and you will feel so safe and secured. I highly recomand this beautiful place for long or short term , if you are planning to visit the beautiful city of Turin. All the details in the apartment are made in such way so they could meet all of your needs . Thank you Eva for all your help ! Grazie mille ! ❤🙏
