The hotel itself is small but very cozy and clean. Our room was very comfortable with everything needed and even more: a clean, VERY comfortable bed, delicious coffee from the espresso machine, amazing balcony where we had breakfast. The room was cleaned every day. The location is close enough to the Vatican from one side and the metro station from another. The grocery store is right down the street. The district is quiet. Additional gratitude to the personnel, especially Margherita, she was so attentive and helpful. After the sleepless night in the airport, she helped us with the early check-in and which was really amazing. Breakfast was delicious and personnel met the request of my sister, that was very nice of them.

Very good location. Francesco was very helpful giving us the correct Metro Station on Cipro and directions. The breakfast was better than expected. The room was compact but ok for our needs. Also a superb Chinese restaurant ZHAO 2 minutes walk.

Piccolo boutique hotel is not actually a hotel. It is an apartment at the ground floor of a building, transformed to separate rooms for rent. The room was clean, and the host was very kind even though she didn't speak english very well. The breakfast was very typical with good coffee though.

Location is excelent, we barely used any of public transportation, all famous sites are on decent walking distance. Rooms are super clean, the host is very helpful and at your disposal if anything is needed during the stay. Would highly recommend and definitely will be back.

Don't be put off by the outside facade of the building, once you step inside there is not much to fault. Shower on the small side but functional.

Great location, close to public transport e.g Metro and Buses. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and close to main attraction Vatican City. Breakfast of fresh pastries, fruit, cereal and yoghurt was freshly prepared and delicious.

Good communication and welcome from Renata. She was always available to answer questions and to help us out with transport to the airport in the middle of the night. Room clean and bed very comfortable. Bit of noise from the street, but ok for us. Breakfast good and plentiful, but a little bit too sweet to our taste. Location is close to Vatican, metro and bus.

The traffic from the street was pretty loud. Would recommend earplugs if you're a light sleeper. Definitely would still recommend this room despite that 'cause there's so many positive things here.

Really nice hosting first of all. The room is nice and tidy, everyday the staff comes to clean it. The breakfast was great, and there was always more than we could eat. Everything is ready for you in the morning outside your room in a trolly, which you just pick up and eat in your room. Or like we did in the balcony. Easy to get to the city if you use the Cipro Metro. Also close by very good cafe's and bars to get your aperitivo. I think it's good value for the money.
