Everything was perfect but if I have to note something, it would probably be low water pressure in the shower.

My opinion is that despite the ratings, this accomodation was 10/10. We got a quite large double bed room for 4 nights on the second floor of the building with private bedroom and shared kitchen. (Kitchen is only shared with only one other room, has fridge in it.) The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was equipped, the bathroom was really clean. We got clean bedsheets and towels. There was also a big wardrobe for our clothes. In the area we found cute shops and restaurants. Public transport is in front of the building, bus 81 to Colosseum (in 13 minutes) and other attractions and bus 50/105 to Termini (in 15 minutes). But also tram is near too. Self-check-in was useful because we arrived at 23.00 but in this way it wasn't a problem either. If the windows were closed there were no noise from the streets at all and neither from the other rooms.

Avoid the rooms in the basement (-1st floor) because they are full of humidity, the staff does not change the sheets or towels at all, they do not bring toilet paper....all in all bad

The ad is not even half true. The apartment is not private,as it is written,we have to share kitchen,the rooms are not been cleaned and sheets and towels not changed, although we were charged for that. There is no private washing machine,as it is written,there is a public one in the basement,wich is paid for. Also they took my money three days in advance without any warning or reference number,just a some unknown name,and I had to be charged on the day I arrived,as it is written. I spend half of my vacation trying to be compensated by the host ,but he just stopped responding.

I only liked the location because it is close to the center, you only need one bus. The neighborhood is quiet and has all necessary shops, restaurants and cafes nearby.

1: Oven did not work, Booking.com allowing this property to advertise a kitchen as a countertop with a fridge and broken oven with a portable hob on top is quite frankly disappointing. We paid €100 extra for that kitchen. 2: Check in instructions were not clear at all, we and other guests were left outside moments before check in thinking we’d been scammed. 3: No service, so therefore wifi should have been provided. 4: Switches for air conditioning and window were difficult to locate, never mind being difficult to operate and instructions should have been given. 5: TV was in Italian and would not change language, really minor issue but in a location with no service what else can you do. 6: Toiletries provided should not be classified as two rolls of toilet paper and a soap dispenser. 7: Outside area was a walkway to the front door, website lists facilities in general including outdoor area and photos look as though residents have access to proper outdoor area.

First of all apartment was in basement. It was too late to cancel the booking so I stayed with my friend because we paid to much for this facility. Apartment was too noisy. In front of the building is park located with people drinking every night so sleeping was barely possible. Door was hard to lock, broken TV, no glasses. In other words really disappointing.

I liked only bed.

The shower was clogged, our feet were soaked in dirty water for the entire shower.... according to the other reviews it has been an issue for more than a year so it should already be solved! Also the shower itself wasn't very clean so that would need to be fixed. Other than that, we were missing a couple of basic stuff : there wasn't any garbage bin, almost no toilet paper, etc.
