The best place we’ve ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous renovated building. The owner was very hospitable and there for every need of us . The property was the cleanest place we have ever been to and has a fantastic old time charm. The room was spacious and well furnished. Amazing breakfast and great coffee. Will be going back for sure!

It is a historical building which is tastefully renovated to a clean, modern and beautiful hotel. The owner impressed us with easy and friendly but also professional behaviour. It was pleasant to wake up to beautiful sun and green views out of our window in the morning . Breakfast was tasty and good as well , with local and fresh products. We are very happy with our stay and definitely recommend this hotel to others , specially when visiting Serravalle designer mall.

the junior suite wasn’t a suite as I would normally expect, but the comfortable beds and cosy atmosphere made up for it. would definitely stay again if in the area.

what a beautifully renovated building. so much charm and tastefully decorated. breakfast was lovely. my 3 kids loved the sweet options. Mattia was very kind and welcoming. great little spot for a stop over.

We stayed in Podera Demetra with family for 1 day. We wanted to visit outlets, so the location was great. 5 minutes by car. The room was spacious, bed are comfortable. There are kettle in the room. Breakfast was good.

Could not adjust temperature of the room. Continental breakfast was served. No hot options. I would prefer something hot like fried eggs and some sausages

Breakfast was very simple and dry. A lot of sweets and pies. Without fruits and vegetables. A quarter of an orange, tomato or cucumber would make it more substantial.

Place from fairy tale. There is a beautiful view from the window. It takes 3-4 minutes to drive to the outlets, and 5 minutes drive to a huge supermarket. Very stylish shower room, heated floors. All is clean. The household was very nice and friendly.

I would have like to have some vegetables for breakfast (tomato, bell pepper, cucumber). However, it was delicious as it was and perfect set up and service.

Great property, with a very good vibe, good energy, everything was wonderful. The place was nicer than the booking pictures. I would go back any time.

The misinterpretation of the meaning of a junior suite....this meant we had to share one room and I snore badly!!!😃🙃

Enjoyed the freshly made shortcake 🍰 for breakfast!! Excellent service, very clean and even the towels smelt beautiful!! A very comfortable stay and a great location. Would recommend! A+++👌👍

I had to wait 5 minutes before getting hot water for the shower.

The property is located at the top of a hill, there is nothing around, so it’s very quiet. The room was very big and the bed very comfortable. It’s very close to Serravalle designer outlet, so it’s perfect if you have to work there or just go for shopping.
