The lights went off automatically after 10 minutes we entered the room. It’s annoying.

The room size is pretty big. We love the breakfast too.

We checked in late but wished we could use the outdoor pool but it was very very cold. But the indoor spa pool was great!

The only thing we didn’t like were the bathrooms. The Shower is in the tub. First room had toilet literally on the tub. And it smelled also. Other room was okay. I don’t know if I would rate this place as a 5 date to be honest. To me felt like a 4 star.

Nestled amidst the rolling hills of Tuscany, Precise Tale Poggio Alla Sala offers an enchanting escape for couples seeking a romantic getaway. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, we were captivated by the hotel's timeless elegance and all-around warm hospitality. From the front desk, to the dining staff at La Via Della Seta and terrace, even the nightly turndown service with the Tuscan tale, simply excellent, excellent , excellent service. We will most definitely stay here the next time we visit!

The final details were not as I would expect for a five star hotel, the pool area looked more 4 star and there were a few things broken around the property. The air con was really temperamental for us, it kept turning on and off even though the windows were closed, we lost a full nights sleep because of this which was not great on our honeymoon.

The location and facilities are beautiful at this hotel. The quality of the food and drinks offered are exceptionally high. Each day a complimentary activity was offered such as truffle hunting or olive oil tasting. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend.

We arrived to a magical place. The staff was amazing. Starting from the welcome drink at the reception, after tour around the property. Breakfast, lunch, dinner- everything was on the level of the place. Our room was super comfortable and clean. For sure, it is a bucket list for the next year. Highly recommend!!!

We had some issues with the aircon - it was very hot. The team were great and provided wonderful fans and came to fix the aircon so we were pleased with that service

Where can we start... Absolute stunning property, the staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, awesome restaurant for dinner with great food. Most dog friendly place. Thank you for having us, your place is highly recommendable!

1. Lightning in the bathroom should be fixed, you can barely see yourself and I believe the same applies to the cleaning person (meaning that there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness). 2. A lot of nests around the room especially at the window. 3. Cleaning & disinfection of the gym should be improved. Also, windows should be adjusted in a way they can stay open during summer. A quick shift from outside high temperature to cold air conditioning is not healthy. 4. The welcoming drink was amazing, thus, it should be provided in the pool bar menu too.

The diversity and breadth of the dinner menu was limited, so would not eat at the restaurant more than one evening. For a longer stay not a lot of storage to “unpack”, but under the bed worked to house the luggage as an alternative, otherwise the room would have felt ver cluttered and tight.

The staff were amazing! So pleasant and accommodating. Grounds are beautiful. Food excellent overall. Utilized the two adult pools and the gym, all were great. Hidden gem the terrace up top when visiting the bar.
