Location ! How can it get any better?

Nothing to complain about, just a suggestion that I would have preferred to have water available (besides the complimentary arrival water bottles), even if to buy via a small vending machine in the reception/hallway area.

Excellent location, just round the corner from Via del Corso, behind the iconic Fendi Palazzo! The room temperature was great, it wasn't suffocatingly hot at night or too dry, which I've experienced often in cold weather at other places. Good sized room, large bathroom, adequate space for a weekend break in the city of Rome.

Construction from early in the morning, so a little bit noisy, but not that bad.

Good location, near the spanish steps, near restaurants, gelato, and other attractions.

Cigarette smoke smell inside, not aerated...equipments are a bit run down.

But the place does have very thin walls. So not recommended for light sleepers, you can end up listening to your neighbor snoring among other activities

Quiet alley but close to everything, independent check in and checkout, comfortable bed and all in all a convenient stay.

There isn’t a bathroom, but a toilet/ sink/ shower separately. There was mould in the shower and the toilet (apart from being strangely uncomfortable) barely had a proper door to close, which I really didn’t like.

Overall good spot. Location was amazing, bed was comfy, the host replied very quickly, he let us check in early which we really appreciated.

Outdated rooms that need some TLC and refurbishment. The soundproof I do not know how they come up with. You can hear the neighbors talk or sneeze.. The doors are thin as paper, so you hear when people come and go or are in the hallway. Kinda like it is in the same room. The location of the apartment is excellent and the lack of windows to the street is good, so you do not hear that much outside noise. The price seems to be good, looking at options around the apartment.

This was our second time staying at this hotel this summer. Third time overall. It's a wonderful hotel room in an apartment building. Centrally located and the staff are very nice. Highly recommend!

Carrying a big suitcase on a narrow stairway would be a bit challenging.

excellent location. Easy to reach most of attraction spots by walking. Breakfast is not included but there are a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.

The lift wasn't working, so it was a tight staircase to carry luggage up and down.

Valerio was hospitable and excellent! Don't expect a hotel, this is a B&B style setup in a converted apartment. The location is superb and in an excellent location to explore Rome, enjoy shopping, and restaurants.

you can hear some noise from the street through the window, so if you are a very light sleeper, pack earlplugs

best location ever, 5 min away from Spanish Steps or Pantheon. my room, number 1, had a view on the courtyard, but very silent. nice big tv screen, spacious room
