We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandThe central booking service in Milan was unhelpful, refusing to take flexible bookings. They said they are only taking prepaid reservations. Ended up using booking.com to make the reservation. Also, one of the elevators was being replaced, causing some delays in acceding to rooms, but nothing major.
Staff at the hotel are very professional and sought to address a mistake in the Bookings reservation very efficiently. They were also very helpful with city recommendations. Location is amazing, in the heart of the shopping zone. Service at breakfast was excellent, with lots of options for people with food intolerances/allergies. Valet parking available at the hotel.

The location is the best, close to everything. The staff were brilliant, so friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast and a fabulous spa. We booked a junior suite with plenty of room and very comfortable with a nice big bathroom with everything you need and a large separate shower and a bath.We travelled with 2 small dogs and their was no fuss with them being there.
