Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything was perfect!
The hotel is amazing, I trully think it is the best in whole Torino. The staff was nice and polite, the room was fantastic, big, confortable and with a breathtaking view over the city, the Molle and the Suprega included. Breakfast was excellent.

That the pool and sauna facilities were closed. They were a factor in my choice and no mention of closure was made. This was the disappointing aspect and no explanation given.
Good range for breakfast. Good fruit choice and serving until 10:30am helpful.

Spa & swimming pool under renovation and not accessible (we were advised by Booking just before arrival) Holiday/summer season may not be the best choice to do that!

Parking was very expensive at 39 Euros per day. No other complaints
The hotel was lovely. Very centrally located, close to the principal squares of the city and the Mole Museum. Only one block from Via Roma (main shopping street). It is around 10-15mins walk from the old town which is great to visit for dinner & drinks. The room was large and comfortable and the hotel was immaculately clean. The spa was fairly small, but well equipped. The bar was very nice, with a really friendly waiter - very knowledgeable.

The location is superb in the centre, walking distance to major sites. The staff at the hotel are extremely courteous, professional and helpful. They upgraded our room when we had issues with the air conditioning in the 39 degrees sweltering heat. Absolutely superb.

We took a room with a view and the view was amazing, we were on the 5th floor. The room was nice and big and had bathtub and shower. Rooms were clean and smelled nice. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Really great hotel and you really get a lot for this price. The location is super, a lot of really nice places to eat are right around the corner. Also its really close to the train station if you prefer travelling with train. Definitely recommend and will visit this hotel again in near future.Perfetto, grazie!

the property is within walking distance of most points of interest and pedestrian shopping areas. rooms are large and well appointed. The in house spa and pool is fabulous . Ask for a room with a view

Altough present, missed an inviting atmosphere for lobby, restaurant and terras area. Parking a bit on the expensive side.
Super location in middle of town, with shops, restaurants and sight seeing highlights at doorstep. Great little wellness pool. Comfy room, with big bed! Excellent bathroom. Staff very friendly!

It couldn't have been better.
To begin with, on arrival we got upgraded from our junior suite to the presidential suite, that was, well... Presidential! The bar's cocktails were really good (try "Torino, Torino") and the restaurant was also quiet, refined and with a good choice of food and wines. The friendly concierge helped us solve a big problem (taxis were on strike and we needed to go to and from the Rammstein's gig at the stadium, so they organized for us a private car). The band was staying at the same hotel, so we ended up being able to say hallo and compliment them for what is, hands down, the best arena live show of the last ten years.
