There was no staff on site when we stayed at the hotel. Staff came in the second morning to collect a cash tax payment, which I was not aware I owed.

There was no breakfast offered.

Well, the rooms are in the small size and the insulation is not the best, but the good was much better .

The location was very nice, I mean, you can’t be at both sides of the town at the same town, I’ve been staying by Piazza Del commune I the past, but I really enjoyed being so close to St Francis, it looks stunning at night and was a real gift go for Laudes and visit the tomb at 6:45 am when it was completely alone. Breakfast was a very basic Italian Breakfast but really good quality. And Martha, the kind woman who helped us with breakfast was very sweet and hard working lady, all the details were taken care of.

The hotel is just across the street from the Basilica of San Francesco, a very convenient location. The room has everything you need. The staff let us put our bags in the lobby when we explored the town the next day, which was very nice of them.

Location perfect

I have been blessed to travel Italy extensively and Assisi is one of the most beautiful places I have ever been !!! This hotel is right in the heart of all the action. The hotel is above street level and you can open your windows and people watch !! Breakfast is good and the bed is large comfortable!! God Bless !!

We had to check ourselves in and I felt it would be nice if there was somebody in reception to greet us when we arrived, otherwise everything else was satisfactory.

Staff were very good and attentive. Room size was small for 3 people. Cleanliness was very good and the breakfasts were also very good.

Amazing location in Assisi. I recommend it for a one-night stay. Regarding accessibility, there is no elevator. Simple, but good breakfast.

more far away from the center than it says on booking, the lady at the front desk was very slow and didn't speak english but the host on the phone was. the parking is relatively close, but you have to climb a hill

The location was amazing for Assisi. Parking was easy once we maneuvered through the tight streets. The breakfast was very good and everything we were looking for. Access in and out was a breeze and communication with the staff was always promptly responded to.
