That the restaurant didn't do dinner in the evening & the close proximity of our room to the lift made it quite noisy at times.

We loved everything from the time we booked until the time we left. The staff really make this place, they are outstanding all of them, to name a few Marco, Daniela and Mary in reception, Katarina in housekeeping, Giuseppe who runs the golf cart & Leon in the pool bar. Our room was spacious, spotless and had a fab seaview!! The breakfast buffet is absolutely outstanding!

Quality of food at breakfast could had been better. Lots of choices and quantity but not the greatest quality of fruits, ham, etc.

Hotel was comfortable and clean. Pool was beautiful and staff was friendly and helpful. Leo, the bartender by the pool was amazing and so was the food by the pool.

There was nothing we didn't like!

This was a relaxing stop on our holiday. The rooms were lovely and a good size. We enjoyed lunch and a swim at the pool, and the golf-cart service a short drive down to the beach. The location was just on the edge of town, an easy walk to dinner.

The main thing with this hotel is the pool which is surprisingly large (not heated so best at end of summer) One of the very, very few pools in the town. The hotel is on the outskirts so it's a bit of a walk into town for dinner (except for an excellent trattoria just 150mtrs along the road). Breakfast is good, staff friendly, other guests friendly.

The staff at this hotel are amazing from the moment you enter the hotel. Isabelle at the front desk was so kind, genuine and very helpful. The pool is amazing and Leo at the pool restaurant played awesome varied music serving food and beverages with kindness and humor. The breakfast is wonderful and begins the day perfectly. The shuttle to the beach is fabulous and Guisseppe, the driver of the cart was very hospitable. We loved this hotel and would definitely book here again. The taxi service to and from the airport arranged by the hotel was easy and they were professional drivers.

Great location near the beach and a shuttle was available so you didn’t have to carry everything. A great breakfast, staff is amazing and the pool was very clean. Beds were comfortable.

Unfortunately we noticed quite a few ants in our room - on the bed and table. As we didn't want to have any toxic ant repellant sprayed during our stay we reported this to the front desk on checkout and they noted this down. I avoided asking our room to changed to another as this felt unnecessary at the time and I doubted this would have been possible. The room also appears quite scuffed in places - especially along the walls. The pamphlet's in the hotel advertise a private tunnel to a lovely cove opposite the hotel. When I enquired as to the tunnel entrance and its whereabouts I was informed that due to a landslide this tunnel is no longer in service. An alternative route is available via a much longer walk. The last thing of importance to note was on our first morning: we were woken by a phone-call from the front desk asking whether there "were any shoes under the bed from the previous occupant?!" As we were still asleep having had a very tiring few days this woke us up. I'm not sure if the employee was new to the role but it hardly seemed appropriate to disturb us with this ridiculous question. Perhaps the house-keeping team could have easily checked during their shift later on in the day.

Very good stay at the Punta Nord Est Hotel. We found it to be conveniently located on the edge of Castellammare for beach access in the day and within 15 mins walk into the centre of town for the evening. Breakfast was an excellent variety of fruits, cereals, yogurt, eggs and various pastries. Our room was a decent size and benefitted from excellent A/C. The front desk were very welcoming and kindly booked our taxi to the airport in advance of checkout. I would feel comfortable recommending this hotel to other guests.

Unfortunately, the pool had an issue with pigeons frequently visiting and leaving droppings throughout the day, which made it less enjoyable by the afternoon. Additionally, while the hotel provides towels at the beginning of the stay, they charge £2 per towel if you want to get them washed and replaced. After a week, the towels weren’t smelling great, so I would recommend a different approach to ensure hygiene. The playroom, though a nice idea, lacked fans, making it unbearable in the summer heat. The pool bar also had limited options, as many of the ice creams listed were unavailable, and there were no fresh fruit options, which would have been great for families.

The hotel is lovely and conveniently located just 30 minutes from Palermo Airport. My room was spacious and cleaned daily, with fresh towels provided each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly, with a special shout out to Marco, who was always smiling and incredibly helpful. The breakfast was fantastic, offering a variety of fresh pastries and plenty of options. The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service to the nearest beach, which is perfect for families with children. The pool is a good size, and the outdoor playground with a trampoline is a nice touch.

Very well kept hotel with the right amenities to enjoy our stay. Very clean, friendly staff and welcoming. Very good and abundant breakfast. The pool snack bar was a big plus. Prices were fair. Within walking distance of the centre. We will definitely return.

Not a thing, it was totally PERFECT.

From our arrival to the departure, as we were there for a week, the hotel was wonderful. ALL the staff were very friendly and helpful and all of them spoke very good English. The whole hotel was beautiful, it was kept spotless everyday. The pool was great. The location of the hotel was great too. ALL the facilities at the hotel were just wonderful. The choice at breakfast time was great too and the coffee was perfect. Overall it was PERFECT, and would rate it at 10 out of 10. Would highly recommend this hotel, and we are going back again in October.
