Well located in Anacapri, very cute house. Super view for admiring the beautiful sunset. Room is clean, coffee or tee and water offered. The host very friendly. Anacapri is a very charming place to stay.

Charming place in the heart of Anacapri, very clean, reasonably sized rooms, tastefully decorated, great bathroom with good water pressure in the shower. We loved the common terrace with both covered and open spaces, great to have breakfast or watch the sunset.

We had such a nice stay at R&D Anacapri! We were welcomed very nicely after we asked if an earlier check-in is possible. As our room wasn't ready yet, we left our luggage in the lobby and explored the city of Anacapri in the meantime. As we headed back to the hotel, our luggage had already been carried into our room. We were allowed to get unlimited free water and coffee in the shared kitchen on the rooftop. We also got recommendations for exploring the city of Anacapri and how to get around. We can only recommend Rest and Dream Anacapri!

Absolutely loved this place. The town of Anacapri was probably one of my favourites and this room was just beautiful - the views were incredible and the decor just lovely. Large bathroom with excellent shower pressure, lots of windows and light, strong AC, a beautiful walk into the town, easy access to Capri town and the port, plus the roof terrace and espresso machine with views to the sea, just beautiful and excellent value for money and nice host too

The host was charming and gave us plenty information about what to do on Anacapri. The room had a nice balcony and a great, modern bathroom. You can use the kitchen that's provided. The roof terrace features an unbelievable view of Ischia and the sunset. Definitely stay there!

They didn’t have clear instructions on how to find the location, had to call the place to direct. The aircondition wasn’t working properly so it was a bit warm in the room.

It was very spacious for only two people. We had a balcony and a huge rooftop place to hang out just outside the bedroom. Place was very convenient since it’s located right in the city centre.

The bed was awful, felt like I slept on a concrete slab. My partner has had 8 back surgeries whom woke up very sore, although me, awfully fit was insanely sore too. The only downside of this place 100%! Would be one of the worst mattresses I have slept on.

View incredible, staff amazing, easy check in/check out with luggage storage (in common area under camera). Loved every minute and would come back in a heartbeat.
