Beautiful converted Liberty villa. I stayed in the gorgeous corner room with two balconies, which was truly a memorable experience. Glorious breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, lovely garden and pool. A great base for seafood restaurants (Ittiturismo Chiosco di Ponente for example) and early boat trips from Santa Maria Navarrese out to see the beaches around Gulf of Orosei.

A former stately mansion in the center of Arbatax has been transformed into Hotel Raphael. The hotel is family run by Julia, Pier Paulo and Oxana. Those three are wonderful people who do their utmost to please their guests. The hotel itself is modern and designed with taste and care. The rooftop terrace is a wonderful place to relax and to enjoy the views. Our room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Julia is a joyful person who with her pleasant enthusiasm gives you in the morning the good vibes for the new day while preparing eggs in any style at your wishes. We had a wonderful time and find the hotel absolutely recommendable.

No fault of the hotel's but I wish I had been in a hotel that had a view of the sea. This property is spectacular and it just seems a shame that it doesn't also have views. The front courtyard, where the pool and a ping pong table are located, could also use some landscaping. The area looks somewhat wild and doesn't reflect the style of the rest of the property.

The hotel is an exceptionally renovated building with a style and attention to detail that you would expect from a 5-star hotel. The staff is also exceptional, taking great care of both the guests and facilities with what feel and look like genuine love. The breakfasts were incredibly delicious--a huge spread of sweet and savory foods (including made-to-order items) and excellent coffees.

Arbatax isn’t the prettiest town. It is an industrial port but it is easy to lots in the area, great restaurants near by..

We had two rooms between the 4 of us. One of the rooms was very geared towards couples, with lack of privacy around the bathroom area. Might be ok for some but it was a little tricky for our group.

Great location, close to good restaurants, clean, new, good amenities. Breakfast was great!! The team really tried their hardest to make sure we were happy with our meals, especially Julia with her delicious cheese boards!

Everything as expected. A beautiful room with a view. Loved the sound of the church bells. A lovely way to be welcomed to the day.... but not too early! Amazing breakfast and lovely staff. Arbatax is a port town, so not pretty. But has a good selection of really, good, well priced restaurants within walking distance. Lots of beaches close. And central for touring the area. Helios boat trip, recommended by the hotel, was very special. The most beautiful scenery and delicious food. Would definitely recommend

Our staying in Raphael Hotel in Arbatax was wonderful! Very nice staff, wonderful breakfasts, many restaurants nearby with very tasty Italian food. The place is outstanding, the view from the terrace is magnificent! The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very calm and with great landscapes.

The staff was absolutely adorable, providing great recommendations of beaches nearby, and even loaning a beach towel and parasol. The breakfast was amazing, with great local products and good variety. They also gave a great suggestion of restaurant to have dinner in Arbatax

Arbatax is a little rundown but has its charm and there are some splendid other places to visit in the area. Would have preferred the parking to be private rather than on the pavement outside.

The staff were exceptionally cheerful and efficient and we particularly liked the roof terraces both for breakfast and an aperitif.

The hotel is a boutique hotel and has a very intimate feel. The staff are all really friendly and they are happy to help with day trip recommendations. Breakfast is fantastic and Julia will go above and beyond to make what you like. The hotel is in easy walking distance of 5 - 10 good restaurants.

Great breakfast, great room. Very nice employees. A lot to do in Arbatax and great beaches around. We had a day on a boat and the hotel prepared us breakfast boxes to take! Great stay overall!

The timing of our trip coincided with a music festival in the town,which was unfortuate but in no way a reflection on the hotel.
