We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were impressed by many details in Bio Hotel Raphael and during our stay at the Hotel we concluded that this is a very special Hotel. From the location, near Piazza Navona, to the external green ivy covering the facade of the entire hotel, to the interior with beautiful antiques and works of art. The room is cozy, comfortable and nice, beautifully designed with countless small details that amaze. The staff is first-class, kind, ready to help and very caring for the guests. The breakfast is delicious, varied and meets the highest gastronomic tastes, as it is perfection in Michelin star vegetarian restaurant on the top of Hotel.

The hotel is beautiful. Decorated with art and collectibles. The staff was exceptional. So friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best we have ever enjoyed in a hotel. Food was excellent and the staff charming and delightful. Even a harpist that was so talented.
