Really easy self check in for late arrival, staff were great and really happy to help. We needed to arrange for a late check out and they were incredibly helpful and allowed us to stay well past the check out time. Big, clean room.

The tv was the smallest I’ve ever seen in a hotel room. From the bed it was like looking at a postage stamp! The bed mattress was way too soft and the bottom sheet too small - it kept coming off. Some noise from nearby rail lines. Breakfast very basic but at least you could toast bread.

Free on site parking. Twenty minutes walk to the cathedral piazza. Good size room and bathroom. Clean

The bed had a mattress topper on it and the sheet kept coming off throughout the night, little bit frustrating having to get up in the night and put it back on. Breakfast was lovely, would have liked there to be a little more options, felt bad to keep asking for juice or more coffee.( coffee was great )

Location was great, the staff/hosts were helpful and friendly, beautiful place, great parking. Suite was spacious, lovely little courtyard you could sit in. Our little one loves to be outside and it was lovely to open the doors and let him play with his cars while me and my husband sat and relaxed outside with him. Lovely and clean inside and out- really well kept. Thank you for having us

Breakfast was really poor: No fruit; Instead of 3 types of pies it would be better to have a reasonable quantity of bread and croissants, as those who arrived a bit later had none.

Very good location. 5 minutes walk from Pisa S. Rossore train station, the nearest to the Leaning Tower. The rooms are big and comfortable.

Reception not always open - closed when we arrived so had to wait a couple of hours. No one on site at night and no emergency contacts or procedures provided. Fresh fruit at breakfast would be nice.

Very close to the railway station. Very clean room and communal areas. Liked the fridge in the room. Good security with separate keypads for the entrance and room. Reasonable choice of breakfast. Could buy drinks from reception.

Location was great, only a 15-20 minute walk from the leaning tower, room was large and very clean, bathroom was also very clean. Parking was great.we left before breakfast but were given a breakfast bag to take away which was very good

I believe I got bedbugs from this property, though I cannot fully confirm.

Staff were very polite and accommodating to non-Italian speaking guests. Room was perfectly clean and homely, good decor. Bed was very comfortable. Fridge. Breakfast was quite substantial, good choice.

The location is great for visiting the tower and square. It is a 10/15 minute easy walk to the main area. The hotel is nice and simple and has secure parking at the rear that can be used before check in.

The location is amazing for tourists. Staying outside the ZTL and still having about 10 minutes by foot to the leaning tower. The Rooms are also very spacious.

We had a family room with 1 bedroom, and 1 sofa bed in the room with a kitchenette. If not using the sofa bed the room would have been good. But the bed sofa took most of the space in the room so it become tight. No lamps by the sofa bed, and only one electric outlet by the sofa bed.

Noise of trains and of equipment in the parking plot the window looked at. The window isolates the noise well, but in a hot summer, I prefer to sleep with an open window rather than with AC on. The mattress was too soft for me
