Things that can be improved: Toilet seat not cleaned properly- there was a spot (blood? poop?) that I scratched-wiped off upon arrival…. Spots on sofa… Some dishes not so clean even before I arrived… guess it is depends on the standard of the person who lived here before. No shower door, the toilet will flood upon showering…. Ants seen around the kitchen and in the kettle upon arrival… but not too many. Not much extra sets of things like electric plugs upon asking staff… Some crazy guy (?) outside trying the doors or closing door noisily during late night (after 11). I don’t dare to go out to see. Aircon turns off frequently - should be thermostat controlled, but still sometimes excessive… Blanket changed to double size but the sheets below were still single sized - I would rather have two single blankets with two single sheets…

It functions quite well as an apartment! Spacious both laterally and to the ceiling! Enough dishes and crockery! Helpful staff on second day

The only thing lacking was a lift. Also the reception is only manned until 8 pm. However the staff were really helpful while they were around.

The balcony overlooked the HVAC venting, so we did not use it. In general the unit was set up more for appearances and online photos than fundtional use or comfort. We had to move an endtable into the kitchen so that we could plug in the electric kettle. The cushioned chairs were not clean, so we did not use them and did all of our sitting at the dining table. We had to move stuff around to make it work, and had a hard time unpacking for a week's stay. We had no WiFi while we were there. That was a real bummer. There was almost nothing to cook with, until the last day when they bought pots and pans in anticipation of the truffle festival. We had to go by a knife so that we could make meals.

Location was great. The apartment was very quiet. We made breakfast in the apartment, which was convenient, but the apartment was poorly stocked for cooking. It was spacious, although, we were put in a triple, so there was a bed there we did not use. We would have preferred a loveseat as pictured online.

Would have been helpful to be provided with tea towels, kitchen rolls and oil and salt as these are really hard to buy for a one off use due to size of the packaging.

The location was great. Plus the possibilities to have own flat inclusive of kitchen was very convenient.

N/A (bear in mind that receptionist needs to have a break now and then, so better try to arrange getting your key's via the code box in case you arrive around noon/early afternoon or after 20:00)

You need to send a scan/photo of your ID/Passport ahead, in case of late evening arrival as it happened for us very easy, little key box with a code Receptionists speak good English, are super attentive city parking was just outside for a reasonable price great location, just a a few steps to the old town centre (in fact, right on the edge of the old centre), post office around the corner Alba is very idyllic, and was surprisingly full of mostly Italian tourists when we visited (unlike other North Italian towns) (we recommend the Restaurant Albamare for better dining, at the square behind the main cathedral) Piemonte is great for cycle tours

Nothing specifically, the only small thing is that the building doesn't have a lift (but there are only Teo floors)

Perfect position as it is in the city center, but very close to the train station and a big parking there. Nice modern apartment very clean and comfortable, really convenient for families with kids. We loved the breakfast, as it was at the coffee place close by (Italian style).everyone in the Staff was very welcoming and nice. We will go back for sure!

The bed wasn't suitable for me, too soft and had shoulder pain.

Spacious room. Good location and nice cafe at the corner for breakfast - Gusto Madre. They roast their own coffee bean, very high quality specialty coffee + the best croissant in this trip. Staffs are both friendly and helpful.
