We stayed in a cold period, so the room temperature was a bit below of our usual; the hotel is in a good location, but you might need a car to get into the central part of the city (and a private parking is provided at the hotel, though not for free).

Super spacious room, awesome bathtub, my only complaint goes toward breakfast: the scrambled eggs were straightforward bad and there were almost no vegetables available. Otherwise perfect :)

The room is great. This is the best hotel I have stayed in on this trip. The hotel is also very safe, with police cars parked at the entrance 24 hours a day and someone on duty.

We loved the spacious and beautiful apartment along with the convenience and amenities of a hotel and the wonderful breakfast.

Everything is good, except the gym and parking's management. You cannot use the gym if....one person booked the gym before you !!!! Meanwhile, you cannot leave the car in parking (the price is 24 euro per day not depends from time) after 15 in the afternoon, also for one or two hours, if it's the last day. You must pay, without any tolerance . Moreover, the staff approach is not the best : persons at the reception will not try to help you solving your request, but they will apply, with evident rigidity, hotel's rules without any attempt to understand your problems. It's a pity, considering the high quality of this structure

The suite is wonderful. Large, well equipped, very clean. The breakfast is various, with food's high quality. Sanitary equipment of bathroom shows a great quality in every detail. The gym is small, but with a necessary equipment for a training. To go to the centre you have to walk for 25/30 minutes by feet

- The center is a bit far away. Doable but quite the walk (30 minutes)

If I had to choose one thing that I didn't like about this hotel, the location. It is located south of the historic city center. It was 10 euros plus 2 euros for luggage for a taxi cab from Porta Nuova station. You can also walk about 3 blocks to the metro station and get to the historic center in about 2-3 stops. There is a nice park just a few blocks behind the hotel with a beautiful fountain and along the Po River.

What impressed me the most about the room we were assigned was the space! It was huge! A one-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, 1.5 bath, and a huge TV in the living room. The room was clean and had good AC and a huge en suite bathroom. The breakfast was buffet style, however, the quality of the food was good. They provided good espresso machine coffee to the table even though they also had the instant espresso machine.

Location is not central but I knew this. It's close to the Lingotto area where conferences are held which is great if you need to travel there daily.

The room is super spacious! The staff were very helpful. The breakfast was also very good and mini bar had a lot of options too.
