We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

RomaniaHorrible acces to the property, slight parking places, far away from any market or restaurant, unhigienic rooms, found dirty socks and sheets under the sofa, rude employees. All you can see from the terrace with dirty plastic chairs and table was multiple deserted train lines. We had to leave the property after one night although we payed for 7 nights.

SlovakiaThe road to the parking place is very steep (at least for us), but an experienced driver should handle it, even though it is a bit of a challenge ;)
The staff of the Green Park was simply amazing, especially Viviana, she waited for our later arrival, chose us the rooms that were close to each other (we were a bigger family group) and when our kids got sick, she even called her own doctor to arrange an appointment, instead of having to wait in an emergency of a hospital. We felt very welcome. The pool was very clean and super nice to have. The view of the rocks is also dramatic and pretty. The apartments are spacious and cosy. The procimity to Menton (15 minutes), Monaco, Nice makes it a perfect starting point to explore the French Rieviera. However, we found the best beaches in Ventimiglia, from all the places. And the prices are a bit better then in the French Riviera, too.

SwedenThe view from the balcony overlooks a deserted train yard, with some murky characters straying it 24/7. Parking spots are tiny, so need to be skinny to make it in/out your driver seat door.
It is well maintained, apart from regarding kitchen utensils. Large balcony!
