The place is a garden island in the picturesque vicinity of Sampieri. The team manages to maintain this marvelous place and to serve constantly yet unobtrusively your comfort stay! Kudos to these dedicated workers and the management!

We had an overall enjoyable experience, but I have some suggestions for improvement. The food grill smell and fog inside the main restaurant can get a bit overwhelming at times. It might be helpful to improve ventilation or implement measures to reduce this. Additionally, it would be great to see more food options, especially for teens or those who aren’t big fans of fish. A bit more variety on the menu during lunch and dinner could make the dining experience even better for everyone.

We were a bit disappointed in the restaurant. The food was "ok". We were assigned a table for the duration of our stay which was odd for us.

Our room/suite was clean and private. The facility landscaping and grounds were very nice.

Amazing place, very clean, delicious food, nice open-air gym, great swimming pools and relaxing landscape. The Thalasso Space is a wonderful place to enjoy. Very comfortable bed. The room is very spacious and clean. Special thanks to Giusi. Private beach access and shuttle service is great. The beach is spectacular. The cuisine was phenomenal and staff was superb. Also the hotel includes a play area for children. Excellent service. We will recommend to friends and family! Keep up the good work.

The resort was great, staff were very well mannered, and the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend the half board service offered as it's a beautiful setting, and the food was exceptional.

Food during lunch time at The Grill was very disappointing & not enough options to choose from. Something needs to be done about the bugs during outside meals in the Pizzerea (bug killing light).

Not many food ideas for Vegetarian.

The breakfast was good. I could have coffee with Lactose free milk! The dinner for people who eat meet or fish was good but there was too little for Vegetarian. One could have Pizza or Pasta but nothing else. Salat buffet was good. I would have appreciate more vegetarian menus.

The kids club was more less for kids who speak italian, the staff should choose one of them who would play with English speaking kids. Our daughter didn’t want to come back due to this. But this is the only little dislike we experienced.

We liked everything - the swimming pool was great, the kids friendly beach was just perfect and the food was excellent. I was impressed by the hotel general manager, who really goes and checks if everything works well, greats the guests, talks to them. The hotel staff was very helpful. We will certainly come back and we will also try another VOI chain hotel, because the quality is great.

The dining room could have had more space between the tables and perhaps a few more dedicated waiters to look after the drinks orders so it felt more like a restaurant.

the beach is fantastic, so is the pool complex. the staff were very friendly and happy to help. we liked the spaced out accommodation in the grounds, it meant it didn’t feel like a typical hotel. the food was also good and it was nice that the guests generally dressed nicely for dinner so it did feel like eating out.

The thing i hate most is that we had to park car far away, the time we need to take car and use shuttle bus nearly full and takes alot of time.Also no help to charge my car, thanks god it was hybrid as otherwise it would have beeen a big problkem!

The area and rooms were dirty. This is not a hotel you get placed in a block somewhere in the grounds. The grass is as high as the sunloungers at some of the blocks that’s if you’re lucky enough to get a sunloungers. We got two tin chairs on a dirty patio and a room my partner describes a like a cel this was an upgraded room also. The staff were rude we were left waiting for 45 minutes to be showed where the room was and were to park. No one ever came. We only did 1 night at this property it was so bad and had to move cockroaches around etc not pleasant. This company were paid 4/5 weeks in advance of our stay and we have lost that money and had to move consequently having to stay in 3 different hotels due to not being able to get the full time in one. Avoid this place at all cost

The room was very loud! Everything the neighbours were doing was echoed in room! Especially the water system was so bad the every time the toilet was used by neighbours I was woken up! I asked for a room change, but the second room was worse!
