We stayed here fo an opera performance at the Arena. The whole process was mostly self-service (access with keycode, put city tax in a jar before leaving, etc.), but communication was great and everything went smoothly. The raincoats prepared by the host were really thoughtful, which came in handy when we were caught in a thunderstorm :) There are a number of great restaurants nearby, and we also enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen space for tea and breakfast.

It was odd to be requested to do the check-in via Whatsapp (even sending pics of passports). If something was missing or was needed, also via Whatsapp. This might not be ideal for everyone. Luckily, we didn't have any problems and, too be fair, you could also request to meet someone in person for all of it, but it took time to coordinate.

Beautiful apartment and rooms, just like the pictures. Good coffee / tea and kitchen amenities available. Location was excellent. Super comfortable and spacious single beds. Great air-con.

The only comment I can make is that we could have done with a couple of extra pillows. Overall a brilliant place to stay

This property is beautiful, the location is ten minutes walk to the city centre and is a hidden gem. It’s extremely clean, the rooms are large and of a high standard. The team were helpful when we had to make changes to our booking and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent property, spotlessly clean, great location 10 minute walk into centre. Shocked how big and spacious it was, beautifully decorated with antique furnishings. Host very accommodating and helpful. This apartment is a hidden gem so glad we found this !made our trip to Verona that much more magical.

The staircase outside the apartment did not have any lights and can be hard to see when using the stairs.

Located very close to the bus stop. The room was huge and easily accessible. The toilet was spacious and had all the amenities needed.

The rooms were a little bit outdated but that we knew beforehand! This was not an issue !

The rooms were very clean and very spacious. The bathroom was modern with all facilities! Location was good ! Accessing the place was very easy ! When asking for a taxi the morning we left , the host was very helpfull! Price / quality was this a top stay !

Lack of a fridge in the kitchen.

We liked this beatiful flat with spacious rooms and lovely antique furniture. There was a big and well equipped common kitchen. Car park on the next street.

Breakfast was not provided. I prepared my own breakfast. Good kitchen facilities. Plenty of cupboard space. Fridge in my room. Digital locks to all entry doors and my room door. Very secure. Bus stop outside - useful for station etc.Very good bathroom - well appointed..

Our studio apartment room was quite small but the ability to use the spacious shared kitchen did compensate.

It’s ok , nothing special, but also clean, comfortable spacious accommodation for those ok with being a bit outside of the main areas .

This is a relatively comfortable apartment residence a little outside central Verona . The apartment was spacious and reasonably equipped , quiet and clean . Note this is another ‘no contact’ place , entry is by sent codes - there are 3 to get into your room - and the host responds in Italian to any requests ; which is ok (it is Italy after all) , yet can be a little difficult if you don’t speak Italian.

It's an old property so not unexpected to have not so many plug sockets, so some extension leads would be useful.

Wow, what a huge place! We stayed one night and had three of the four rooms. It's so well situated, full of character, clean, modern bathrooms, kitchen, air conditioning, several large communal rooms. Thanks, we loved Residenza Scaligria!

I had a lovely week-long stay at this residence. I started out in room 1, and then was moved to room 3 after the weekend. I was working remotely, so it was wonderful to have a desk and a lot of natural light. The residence is beautiful with large communal spaces, the location was excellent to explore Verona, and the customer service was great. Thank you!

I am in love with vintage furniture here. I like it so much. The location is perfect, it’s 10-15 mins walk to the city center, but the street isn’t overcrowded. I almost didn’t hear my neighbors, the walls are thick! :)

It was the most memorable and spectacular place I've stayed in the past years! You must to stay to understand! it was very hot days and when we arrived the air conditioning was on - room was cool and very welcoming. Everything was perfect. We arrived by bus from the train station. It took 10min. and the stop is just next to the house. Very good location - just a few minutes from the center.

Everything was great.

The room and the location was great, I really loved the ambiente and mood of the room, you feel like in a mystery novel or in a movie. Everything was very clean and comfy. Also the check in was fast and without any problems.

The kitchen lacked basic supplies and amenities so cooking was difficult. We also thought the bedroom was not anything special and the air conditioning didn’t work properly which made the room very stuffy and warm, especially at night. I also felt that communication with the host was very slow moving and difficult to get answers.

The location was great, very close to the city centre! We also thought the shared living space was very nice and well decorated. Beautiful apartment overall!
