The bathroom is out of the room. We recommend something to heat the bath. There is a hole on the floor of velvet room that should be fixed. The main entrance to the building could have a better appearence. Main bed is god, but the second one could be better.

Location and breakfast are good. Attendance via whatsapp is good. Everything is easy if you need to go to train station or to the airport with a taxi.

Well if there is something to mention than it is that the room doors are not very well soundproofed. You can hear everything on the B&B corridor. But hey I guess that's something you can deal with for this price with high quality.

Great B&B, very good located. Kjtiara was a great host and help. Communication was fast. The Chic Room was really nice and clean. We really recommend this place if you want to stay cheap and discover the city. Good breakfast. So many thanks for this great stay.

-Ham&Cheese were a bit little, not enough (Breakfast) -No elevator, so should carry luggages all the way up to 2nd floor (common thing in Europe)

-Close from the leaning tower of Pisa -Room was beautiful, clean and spacious (Vintage) -Decent Breakfast -Speedy Wifi

Only thing which we thought could have been better was our toilet was outside the room which was bit inconvenient

The walls are super thin, which is not a big issue, but you can hear your neighbors.

The location was absolutely great, just a few minutes away from the Leaning Tower and walkable distance from the train station. Breakfast was simple, but nice. Room spacious and comfortable.

Extremely good location, 400 m to the Tower. Extremely clean. Building is old and has a nice vibe. Very nice breakfast.

Entrance lighting, when arriving at night could be improved. The hallway was dark and step difficult to see. It can be a little noisy as you can hear the room doors beside opening and closing.

Location was excellent, close to the railway station and the Tower, and also restaurants. Host was very friendly and helpful

- The entrance is a bit obscure - The fact that we interact very little with the host (even breakfast is self service) is a bit weird but maybe it’s just me - You couldn’t see outside from the room we were checked in - if you opt for a supplementary bed, it won’t be the most comfortable one

Lovely room & central area. Great attention to detail & thought on furnishings, breakfast products & the general breakfast process. Loved the retro fridge in the breakfast area & amazing high ceilings. Due to a delayed flight & train industrial action we were literally stranded in Pisa on a Sunday evening at 7pm & panicking. Found the room through a well known App for a really reasonable price at short notice. By the time I booked the room & then walked the 20 mins from the station to the building our lovely host had already sent us the info & codes to get into our room. Great communication before & during our stay. Great location. Can highly recommend to anybody.

Very well organised BNB! Host is really easy to communicate with. The room and BNB was really pretty and clean. Everything you need is well described. I loved the self check in and self breakfast that is pre-served at your table. This allowed us to have breakfast before our early flight! Thank you

Host recommended a number of local restaurants & we visited alle bandierie and we also highly recommend this place. Short walk to Leaning Tower, restaurants & shops.
