First room had no view, (we were moved though). I thought all rooms had a view of Piazza. You need to request a view!

Excellent location, breakfast made to order awesome, host on premise, request a room with view! Gave us a bottle of Prosecco for our anniversary ❤️. We had a problem with our door lick and it was immediately fixed. They set up taxi for us in am and brought our non perishable breakfast items (fruit, croissants, juice box) evening before we left very early. Thank you!

It was a little hard to find the front door initially. But when we had trouble locating it we called the front desk and the attendant came out and found us and then carried all of our tons of luggage up to our room. It was a truly wonderful staff and stay.

Breakfast was delicious and all made on site. We had a ton of luggage because we stayed there at the end of a 2 week honeymoon but the staff was so helpful with everything. This place is amazing.

Our taxi to airport was earlier than breakfast but the staff brought us yogurt, fruit, cereals the night before so we had something to eat. The location is fabulous!! Navona square is gorgeous!! We were able to walk to colosseum, trevi fountain and Vatican City. Staff very friendly and accommodating!! Wonderful place to stay and very safe!!!

The only problem we had was with breakfast. The first day, it arrived after the time slot we had booked it for, and we had been hoping to leave the hotel early. It also came with half the order missing but we didn't have time to eat really so we didn't say anything. The second day, we ordered it for 30 minutes later, and it was still late and had some of the order missing. This time we asked for the missing things and they went and got them.

The location was fantastic. Right next to Piazza Navona and within walking distance of most places we wanted to see. There was a fridge in the room which had some water and some fizzy drinks in it which were complementary. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The staff were very friendly and booked a taxi to the airport for us.

Noisy, noisy, noisy. Our room was tight outside the reception desk and while I know people tried to keep things quiet you could even hear the tapping of the computer keyboard when it was being used. This also means they could have heard everything we may have been doing or saying.

It would be nice if the breakfast options changed a few times during our stay. The paint in our room was scuffed up, dirty. We arrived from the airport at 8am. We knew the room wouldn’t be ready but nobody was in the office to let us store our bags.

Staff was great, helpful in setting up rides. We like having breakfast delivered to the room. The room was clean. Great location.

Although the room was large it was difficult to manovre around the bed - very little space between end of bed and the wall. Didn't like having to pre-order breakfast the night before and have it delivered to the room. Wasn't as fresh as we would have liked.

The location is difficult for transportation but arrangements for airport transfer was very good. The access to the building when there is no one there is also difficult as even though twe had keys there were two instances where needed to get in without key. Maybe can have more than one set of keys.

Breakfast was excellent although presentation could be improved but this is not fatal or even important just thought to mention it.
