Staff was friendly, courteous .and very helpful. They helped us secure several transportation needs. Breakfast was such a nice treat and delicious. Rooms extremely comfortable and clean. So nice to have water every day. And the champagne on our first night was a nice touch. Convenient location on beautiful Piazza Novona

The size of the room was small for 3 people. A little extra room would have been nice. It was a little noisy at night but that's to be expected since the property is in a busy location in the Piazza Navona - very popular local.

The staff was excellent. It was a little concerning that there was no one available in the evenings. They gave us a key to the mail door of the building and the main door to the property and in the evening there was no staff there. Fortunately, we were fine but it was a bit different. The breakfast was very good each morning and delivered to our room on time.

The staff was amazing. They made transportation arrangements for us and even brought a breakfast tray the night before our departure since we had an early flight. The location was excellent and the accommodations were more than we anticipated. When we are in Rome again, we will definitely stay here.

I loved everything.

location could not be better! We had a killer view from our window on Fumo fountain with the backdrop of baroque facade of church on Piazza Navona. You can’t go better than this. Hotel was stylish , smartly decorated , very clean and modern. our room was cleaned daily and breakfast was served in a room. Breakfast was very generous , could be ordered day before and you could chose what you want .staff was always available to assist you with any needs , including taxi. This hotel was simple perfection!

Our room was a bit small but it was clearly explained. Bigger rooms I believe were not available when we booked. Rome was at the tail end of our holiday so we could have used the extra room for our luggage. Room still was excellent!

Excellent location, breakfast and staff and amenities. We received fruit second night and a bottle of Prosecco on the third night. Very thoughtful touch!

Better signage to find the main entrance. This was very difficult for us when we first arrived.

The staff here were so helpful. They were happy to arrange a cab for us when we needed, made sure we had a takeaway breakfast delivered the night before we had plans to be out before the regular breakfast was to be delivered. They were very thoughtful.

N/A...what's not to love??!

The location was amazing, as was the view! The staff are some of the friendliest, helpful and courteous that I've ever come across anywhere in the world that I've stayed. Breakfast in the room was fab and the complimentary mini bar being refilled every day was a welcome extra. (Water, soft drinks and peroni). The lovely little touch of a bottle of fizz in our room on our last night was much appreciated. I'd recommend this little gem to anybody. I might be a little biased because Piazza Navona is my favourite square in the whole world but this little gem is worth every penny in my humble opinion. Thanks to all the staff for a fab 3 night stay for my Mum, my son and I...3 generations with the same opinion can't be wrong!

Our 3 night stay at Rhea Silvia Luxury Navona completely exceeded our expectations! The staff are top notch, incredibly helpful and friendly. The view of the fountain was unbelievable. The room was very clean, slippers provided, excellent quality toiletries, really nice large bathroom, Nespresso machine, loved the complimentary beverages that was refilled everyday! Breakfast delivered to our room every morning. You couldn’t ask for anything more, they have it all! The staff go above and beyond, when we checked out early on April 20th I called them from the Rome train station our train was cancelled due to a derailment, then we were booked on a later train that was cancelled, they went above and beyond phoning around trying to find an alternative mode of transportation for us to get to Sorrento and even held their last room for us for a few hours until we could rebooked on an evening train. Was very much appreciated!!!

We didn’t get any plates to eat our breakfast off. we did ask a couple of times via the ordering app notes section but none arrived. Shame really because it was the only thing that let the breakfast down. Also both the bedside tables in the main bedroom are one knock away from falling off the wall. Could be fixed really easily.

The location is excellent, rooms are large with high ceilings leading to an open airy feel. Bathroom was very well stocked. ability to watch Netflix in the room was a nice surprise. Breakfasts were good and food plentiful.

the hotel has the new and morden renovation. jr suite has a good space for a family. location is close to every thing but a little noisy for young kids sleeping early. a good hotel we will stay next time

The hotel manager helped to organise taxi for us to get to the airport early in the morning for our flight back home. Service is great and the hotel is clean, convenient and close to Piazza Navona, right at the heart of Rome.

be diligent and do research about the restaurants close by … mostly aimed at tourists , which we are 🤣. the staff will make great recommendations… trust them

the staff was so kind and goes above and beyond to make you comfortable. the breakfast and anytime caffe was also a nice treat. comp mini bar with waters and fresh fruit daily. would absolutely recommend location for anyone visiting Rome first time. the room overlooking the fountain was lovely but be prepared for a little street noise at night.

The only let down was that the cleaner changed the towels every day. I think that is a waste of water. I would have preferred if they had changed the towels from the floor and not the ones hanging. Also when we arrived the room had really strong smell of air freshener and I can't handle strong smells because of my asthma. I mentioned about it and on the third day the smell had vanished. I guess the cleaner stopped using the strong sented cleaning liquids in our room. I should start to mention about my asthma when booking hotels since so many hotels use air fresheners or strong cleaning liquids.

Amazing hotel with a great location! Wooden floors and really clean room. My sister stayed in another hotel close by and they heard everything from the street, even talking. There was no privacy. We heard only noise through the door and if a carbage truck or similiar drove by. The windows kept the noise away from the street really well. Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, fridge was filled every day and we got presents from the hosts. We stayed for 7 nights and could easily return. Our room was on the second floor in the end of the corridor.
