Check in was until 23.30 pm and when we arrived before this time nobody was there to meet us. We just got instructions how to get in by whatsapp. I am not sure why it this video could not be sent beforehand. It would have been less stressful for us that we might get late and would not need to take expensive taxi, but other public transport instead.

The damp around the balcony and the balcony wasn't able to use, and the room was very small for two people. I didn't like having to eat breakfast on the bed.

The hotel is reasonably well located. However, it's roughly a 10 minute walk to the metro and 15 to the Vatican. food options are somewhat limited. The wifi was also very poor.

The bedroom is extremely comfortable, modern, and aesthetically styled. The location is reasonably good.

Located on the 5th floor with a very small lift access. The toilet pump was making a lot of noise during the night making it difficult to have a good night sleep.

It would be good to know in advance what the breakfast was like. I am personally not a fan of having breakfast in the room and would have preferred a small breakfast room/kitchen.

The room was clean, had good facilities, and was easy to access. Communication with the staff was easy and they were very responsive through message at all times, especially since we had to do a self check-in. We used the accommodation as we were attending the event at Stadio Olimpico (as were some other guests staying there) and it was within half an hour walking distance.

Cleaning staff comes in at 0830 and is making noise in the hallway (so you will be in time for check out at 10?) The city tax asked was 21 euro, while it was clear on booking confirmation that it was 10.50. Even after showing confirmation, they tried to get the 21 euro. Only after some clear language from me, the 10.50 was fine. This did seem dodgy to me.

Breakfast was terrible. It was only what they wanted to serve you not what you would like to eat. There is also problem coming after midnight when you want to check in. If you miss it, there are willing to stay for you till 1 AM not any longer!

Just one minor. Despite having a kettle and coffee machine, there are no cups. It is not ideal to make tea and coffee in the 2 glasses provided

The room it was very very small and we didn’t have space! The balcony it was really dirty because of the birds, the water. It was hot only when the one room was using.the walls it was dirty, but the room it was clean the price. It was okay for these that we get!
