We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Friendly owner and maintenance staff. Delicious breakfasts were served throughout the stay. Distance to the city center. Convenient bus access from the airport. We will definitely come back here, the place is worth the money.

United StatesWould have loved fresh cream filled cornetto for breakfast . The adjacent streets are a bit littered but this is not something that the owner has control over…just accept the conditions.
This property is very clean and comfortable. It offers an excellent location for accessing local sites, shopping, restaurants and the train station; all are an easy walk of 10-15 minutes a little farther to the National Archeological Museum-a must see. The owner speaks English and is very accommodating. He is available throughout the day and helps with suggestions on things to see, local events and general information to make your visit enjoyable. The promenade along the ocean front is beautiful and easily accessible from the property. Rhegion B&B is accessible only by key therefore very safe, rooms are quiet with no street noise.

GermanyThe bathroom was a nightmare. Ugly smell from day one. The bathroom is not directly connected to the waste water pipes and relies on an angine to push it out. The engine broke twice in 5 days. Waste water came out of the shower and the floor. The second time it happened, we simply packed and left one day before. Staff was always there and tried all ways to help, but the bathroom is in huge need of renovation. The bed in the living room is very uncomfortable.
The location was good, very close to the city center. Nearby there was however a square where people were meeting to smoke weed.
