Great location. Beautiful, quiet, beautiful garden, big room. Very rich breakfast with great artisanal bread and eggs by request. Staff really friendly. 9 min from Orbetello. It was beyond our expectations that we have extended one night.

No cushions or throw blankets or rugs. Hard & cold furnishings . No tissues. Breakfast was served all at once. Fruit, yoghurt tea, eggs& bacon All came together . Little time to enjoy each serve. Then eggs & tea were cold. The chairs were hard & cold to sit on. The door was difficult to keep open for fresh air & light. The bed squeaked. The pool pump gurgled all night. The website implied in was in the countryside. Was semi rural with close neighbours, no rural outlook. A bit overpriced.

Clean, the Trulli was unique. Staff were lovely,helpful Easy parking. Daily room service .

Staff was fabulous! It was a bonus that they all spoke English fluently. Breakfast was great and the idea of selecting what and how many items you wanted for breakfast the day before made sure everything was fresh and available, without any waste. The location is good for touring the surrounding towns, but obviously you need a car to stay here. We used the kitchenette on two of the three nights of our stay and enjoyed great fresh pasta and wine from the local Conad. Our cooked meals were actually better than the local restaurant we ate at.

It would have been nice to be able to relax in the garden on a sun lounger instead of an uncomfortable deck chair. There were only a few sun loungers which wasn't enough for all the guests.

We enjoyed a delicious, fresh breakfast in the beautiful garden. The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the little pool which was great after a hot day exploring the local area. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The swimming pool is smaller than what you see in the photos.

The Owner, Mr. Walter was very helpful. He arranged all our tickets and trips in Puglia region. He was like a tourist guide. Hotel was very clean, and breakfast was very good. You order what you are going to eat one day before. We believe this is very good for sustainability. The location was good, but you need car to visit Puglia Area. Hotel has a free parking place. And it is a safe area. The garden is full of olive trees, it is relaxing to sit under them

Everything was perfect.

This is a beautiful and lovely B & B. Roberta took care of us from beginning to end and was fabulous. The property is so lovely with great landscaping the pool area is so nice and enjoyable. The owners have curated this property with great taste, everything from carport to the furniture is top notch. Excellent car port, well equipped kitchen, automatic sun shades, very nice modern appliances and bathrooms. Our family did not want to leave. Perfect location to Alberobello and Locorotundo. Breakfast so absolutely delightful with a long list of choices. 10/10 best B & B of our stay!

The Staff were incredibly professional, amazing, friendly and helpful in every which way! The breakfast was varied, delicious, and abundant! A truly incredibly spread! The pool was fantastic to relax and cool off from the heat. Sleeping in a Trullo house that was around 600 years old was an incredible experience!!!!

Very cool, exclusive, calm, beautiful and chill place with superhelpful and sweet staff. We slept in the Trulli and it was very comfortable, fresh and simple and lovely. The pool was a wonderful relief for cooling down. Our teens also really appreciated everything.
