Everything was perfect. Owner and his team are very, very nice and friendly. Available at any moment. We arrived a little bit earlier and it wasn’t a problem. Possibly to leave the luggage if you leave later. The appointment is in the center of the city and all attractions are available by walk. You can have a breakfast at any time you want. I recommend this place.

While the location is good, just near the pedestrian zone and the archeological museum and half-way between the train station and the ferry harbor, all rooms face either one or another street, and as it's Italy, the small motorbikes make quite some noise until late night; there are window blinds that help a bit. The bathroom in this unit was very narrow and contrasted with the comfort provided by the large kitchen and main room. Here and there, a hair from the previous guest(s), so it's not "spotless". "Breakfast included" for 3 persons x 2 nights was definitely not enough (it's packed croissants, jam etc.).

My second time at this place, as people are nice and the location is great. + welcoming hosts, could leave my luggage before/after checkin/checkout + large kitchen, well equipped + good room size, table, etc. + very centrally located

Our room (3) was very difficult to open. Communication with the host via the booking app was not the best which caused some stress with the payment. Did not seem to check messages on a regular basis. I recommend paying as soon as you can during your stay and everything will be fine.

The breakfast this B&B offering is not a breakfast - a cup of espresso and out of date merendine ( long shelf life pastries) - its better to go outside and have it on a local bar. The persiane (shutters) are broken in the main room and cannot therefore be closed. Some decorations are already broken, so beware accidentally touching them as they could dismantle in minutes.

The communication and operation of the RighePois could be improved a lot; we were standing outside the building at 1 am for 30 minutes without a key, and the host was not reachable. In the end, we got support from a stanger of another room customer and ended up staying in a room (but we booked for an apartment). By the time we finally got our apartment and the key, the key was not working. Although they provided the support quickly this time, overall, the process gives a feeling that there is something to improve. Important to know: It might be good to have a paper in the room to know; the customer needs to pay face to face, as we have been asking to provide our card information while we book, so it is pretty confusing.

I loved the location, close to a lot of great things in Reggio. The host was really lovely, I have booked a different room but she let me stay in the bigger apartment which was a nice gesture. I would definitely book this again if I come back to Reggio Calabria.
