The air condition was loudly and to weak by the hot weather; For the beach you should pay for the beach lounger and get a number. But in reality "your" lounger is busy and you should discus with the people and reception about that.

The place meets all basic needs, so not mutch to complain

Quiet old but well maintained hotel on the beach. If you are looking for a quiet place away from the croud for a cheaper price this is not bad.

The hotel interior and furniture is slightly older and seems to be a bit overprised, but on the other hand the prices is near by hotels are similiar.

The hotel is situated right at the beach with nice view on the promenade and provides free parking if necessary. I must highlight the kindness and professionalism of both receptionists.

Very helpful and kind staff. The location was right at the beach. We were upgraded to sea view room and we were very pleased. Very good breakfast. Parking was free and well organised. They gave us parking permit so we could park on the blueline near hotel. It was easy to visit Venice. We could definitely stay at the hotel again

we had a problem with one borrowed bike, its chain fell off very often, but it didn't matter, it gave us a bit of fun, another receptionist ensured the repair right away

It is only a personal taste I wish more savoury options for breakfast. We had to ask reception to turn on air-con.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and beach is safe. Breakfast has a good selection and there are plenty of restaurants near to the hotel. We were able park at site with help of people at reception that managed to find a space.

The pillows are not the most comfy and for the colder nights, all the rooms should have a few extra blankets prepared. We missed to have glasses in the rooms. The little plastic ones are not the best for drinking.

The staff is fantastic, very kind and funny!! They are helpful and for us at least, delivered more than expected. They made our stay even better than expected. The location is amazing, right on the beach and with easy access and plenty of parking. The breakfast and the dinner were both more than enough. We got huge portions and they were delicious as well. The hotel is also very clean!

I certainly praise the location of the hotel next to the sea and the sandy beach, the availability of parking, the friendliness of the staff for all questions and the possibility of using bicycles.

Just a lively hotel with friendly staff. great breakfast. beautiful location on the beach. reasonable price to hire sunbeds etc but would have been a bonus if they were included. We ate at the hotel every night and the food, service and price were excellent. Really enjoyed our 3 night there

The room wasn't immaculately clean,there was dust/ sand in the corners,by the wall. The taxi to the airport is offered at 30€ extra compared to when you book with the same company yourself- just a note for future travellers.

Right by the beach, spacious room and large bed, nice athmosphere.

We took 5 rooms, in 3 of them did not work AC well. One room had broken electric blinds which was still down, so it was not possible to access to balcony. One room was constantly bothered by the staff to leave the sunbeds, despite it was booked. The staff was not client oriented and it was hard to discuss due to poor english. Check out one hour after official time was also problem for the stuff and it was not allowed.

No opportunity to get a proper espresso at breakfast. The room was small and the bed (mattress and pillow) were terrible. The Edge Support mattresses were old and hard so when pushed together to make a matrimonial size you could sleep in the middle. They put a Topper on the bed which made the mattress softer but you still couldn’t sleep together. They did also replace the pillows.

Location is ottimo, breakfast was average, there was an egg station which was nice. The room was clean and the shower was spotless. The shower was small but it worked great and plenty of hot water.

Booking users beaware! Booking app doesn't inform you about hidden cost at this facility! If you are going with little kid and you need a crib you will be charged 16$ per day plus tax - even booking app says "crib is availble upon request" and everywhere we stayed it was always free! But here not! Next, Even you booking front beach hotel, but unfortunately for you cause you booked it over the booking app, you will not get sunbed and umbrela unless you pay 15$ per person! I was staying in Italian frontbeach hotels and umbrellas and sunbeds were always included , but here not. About parking there's limited spots, and don't be surprised if you gonna be offered to park on the curb of the hotel entress steps rising to hit to curbs and leave part of your car on the road! Rooms are very small and outdated , double bed is actually two twin beds next to eachother! It's better to book newer hotel with bigger modern rooms and walk 2 min to the beach!
