We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Excellent hospitality and the cleanliness of the room. Convenient to reach Piazza Maggiore as the bus stop is 100m away from the hotel.

ItalyThe room was clean and acceptable, but seems the service at this hotel left much to be desired. The receptionist could not speak English, which made communication difficult. When I asked to add breakfast to my stay, I was told that breakfast was not available. I also requested a glass of hot water for tea, but the receptionist was unable to provide it. Upon arrival, I found that the room assigned to me was left open, which is a serious security concern. During winter, the heating system was initially off, and I had to ask the receptionist to turn it on. For a 3-star hotel, the service needs significant improvement to meet basic expectations. Considering the service, location, and the fact that this is a 3-star hotel, the price is far too expensive.
