Great location right on the canal main street but was difficult to locate without GPS. It’s next to a small pizza bakery with excellent pizza by the way, and the bakery woman runs the guesthouse. There is a small and very faded sign “RiverView” but you really have to look closely to find. They need to repaint that sign for guests because I accidentally went into the building next door looking for my room. Nice small but clean room adequate for my one night to catch flight early the next morning. Fuimicino town is a hidden gem close to airport, with real fishing boats and excellent seafood restaurants. There is a local Contral bus from airport operating hourly for only one euro. Download the City Mapper app which gives all details for transportation in English, a real life saver when you need to get to the airport early in the morning. River View was fine for my needs for a low budget room, and I’ll book it again on my next Rome holiday.

The apartment was perfect and close to the airport. The host was very friendly; she helped us with the bus timetable and guided us to the stations for Rome and the airport.

A perfect room for a quick stay. We were only here overnight for a flight out of Rome in the early morning. We arrived late but the host was so gracious and quick to check us in. The room had everything we needed for the night with lots of great restaurants downstairs and a massive supermarket just around the corner. If you need a place out of the hustle and bustle of Rome or somewhere nearby the airport. This place is perfect. Very easy to get the bus to and from the airport. Would definitely recommend for a stress free location!

All good, nothing negative.

Location is great if you have an early flight. Close to beaches and restaurants. Parking is easy right by the hotel.

A tiny thing but maybe a couple of glasses and a bottle or jug of water in the room rather than in the common area for that ‘middle of the night’ after long haul flight thirst.

Rihab was a great host. Met us at the door to let us in, provided recommendations for dinner and organised our ride back to the airport. Room was spacious and very well located. Would definitely stay again.

For some reason, across most places we stayed in Italy, the a/c fan speed was set to low and you couldn't adjust it. It was hot, really hot, and while the room was cooler than outside, it would have been nicer if it was cooler

Our host was great, even drove us to the airport. The place was basic but comfortable and the price was great. Nice pizza in the little shop below as well

Flexibility with check-in time. It is located in a quiet place. When we call the owner, he said would be there in 5 minutes and it was so. He was very gentle.

Tea pot was dirty. no other way to make hot water for tea or coffee. need better way to hang clothes and towel in washroom for guest use. access to towel at sink and for getting out of the shower. need to update the phone number and contact outside the property; it was a wet piece of paper, hardly readable. not in English

No shower gel or shampoo in the bathroom or we could’t find it. If you don’t have these things in your personal luggage, that could be theonly small issue.

Super clean, cosy and stylish, good location with many nice restaurants around. It is shared apartment with 3 rooms, but privacy is perfect, room had nice own bathroom and spotless shower. We needed taxi before 4am to reach the airport and it was very easy to get the help from the host, thanks for that!

The shower head is blocked, someone has to clean it, but other than that it is perfectly fine for a night or two. We slept there on a friday so the street outside was extremly loud until very late in the night. Just keep that in mind.

The place was clean, location is central and bed is comfy. You can spend a night or two without any problems!

we had difficulty trying to get into the property, the phone numbers on the main door are out of date. it took us quite a while to get into the property

it was very central and close to restaurants and we could walk and enjoy the beautiful sunset
