Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Located outside of Modena, but that suited our needs. Easy drive in. Lovely clean room despite having the smoke alarm covered with tissue! We did ask the staff to remove it, but nothing was done during our three night stay. Good communal areas and lovely bar to grab a snack and coffee. Would stay again.

There was absolutely nothing that we did not like about the property.
Every thing about the Hotel was far above our expectations. We were only staying for the one night and it was ideal for us be based there and a short drive into the centre of town where we experienced the atmosphere which was very vibrant on a Sunday afternoon. We may now come back for a longer stay next time.

Modern clean comfortable bedroom and en suite. Excellent breakfast. Free public parking in front of the hotel.

At breakfast I asked the waiter for a highchair (I was travelling solo with a toddler), and he told me to go get it across the dining room. Poor toiletries. The room was too hot.

Shower head was broken (unusable). When reporting about it to the reception, they sent someone to try and fix it, he was not able to do so and offered us change a room. Thankfully we had 2 showers, so we just used the other one.
Everything was clean, new and stylish. Breakfast is really good with an open kitchen. Staff are nice and helpful. Location is good when traveling with car to Emilia Romagna region (not in Modena city itself).

The hotel was outside the olde city of Modena and there was nothing around it. Fine if you had a car but we did not and ended up taking taxis everywhere. Seems like this hotel was set up to serve business clients and not those touring the city of Modena.
This was a very modern hotel that was well done and comfortable.

ALL is great!!
Perfect hotel for our vist to Parma, Modena and Marianello, with a very central and good location. We had a rent car so the hotel was perfect also because it has a huge parking lot outside and a garage too so it was very easy to park our car. Hotel rooms very clean and nice with confortable beds. The hotel staff very friendly they even kept our luggage while we visit other towns, the hotel has a very modern design which is very nice, very good breakfast too. Love all!

One of the two TV remote controls was missing. In the room there was no information about the number of the reception in order to call and ask them for the remote control! One of us had to go there personally while we were extremely tired and were getting ready to go to bed… Two of us had forgotten our toothbrushes at home and I asked for two dental sets. They brought only one, but I was too tired to ask again and wait for the second one, so I didn’t brush my teeth that night… :-/
