Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Shelf space in bathroom very limited
Location handy for bus and train travel. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast VG. Drinks reasonably priced and cheaper than nearby cafes & bars.

Liked everything - honestly, just a great place.
The location was perfect. The hotel is close to the train station and in a well-lit and busy area, even when arriving at night (as we did). The rooms were well appointed, delightful in their slight eccentricity and the beds were very comfy with fresh, crisp bedding. Great shower, lovely toiletries and a fabulous breakfast. Lovely friendly staff too who were very helpful.

Shelf worktop space in the bathroom was very limited. The breakfast fruit juices, for example orange or apple, were OK but could have been better.
Location was great, very near to airport bus terminus and train station and restaurants and cafes. Room as very clean, modern and quite spacious. Breakfast was self service, very good with a great choice of cereals, fruit, cold meats, cheeses, cakes etc. Bar spirit measures were excellent and prices at least as good as, if not better, than nearby cafe bars.

Very nice, quiet, and peaceful location. The property has an old charm. Staff was exceptional and helpful. Breakfast was good, but service could improve, we could not find any staff to ask for more coffee. But overall, it's very good. Will gladly return.

Parking is not guaranteed and if you have to pay for it, there is plenty in an underground car park but it is about 15 Euros (from recollection)
Breakfast was excellent, huge choice in the buffet, my daughter loved it. Friendly staff. Good position, nice room. Good value.

No complaints at all.
The staff were extremely helpful, patient and polite and managed to communicate with us in Italian, French and English. Providing somewhere for us to leave our luggage both on the day we arrived and checked-out was a great bonus. Our room was extremely clean and quite adequate and we were spoilt for choice with the breakfast provided. We couldn't have found a better location in the city. Altogether, excellent value for money and we will be recommending this hotel to our friends when they go to Turin.

It was quite noisy due to the frequency of the trams that ran outside but that is a trade off for such a central and convenient location
Located right near the airport bus stop and really central location. Breakfast was superb with a great choice available. Free water machines dotted around the hotel.

Lack of tea/coffee facilities and glasses.
Location is excellent, view at the central station and a square. The room on the fifth floor size amout 35 m2, very clean and peculiar) A lot of parking facilities in neighbour streets (but you need to seek) Outstanding value for money
