Nice, clean and comfortable room with nice terrace in a convenient location to visit Rome. Metro station in front of the building: 3 stations to Vatican and followed directly with stations to Piazza di Spania and Colloseum. Very helpful and responsive host providing us with useful advice on where to eat and how to get around to the main touristic locations. Confortable bed, spacious room with air conditioning, quiet with good sound insulation, clean and spacious bathroom. Italian breakfast with good coffee. Safe area with restaurants and shops around. Easy to find and reach from Fiumicino airport with bus shuttle station (Aurelia) 5 minutes walk away. The building has an elevator. We enjoyed it.

Booking this apartment was one of the best decisions we made during our stay in Rome. The host was amazing. We loved the cleanliness of the room. Breakfast was really nice. Metro station is only 2 minutes from the apartment. 10/10 I would book this apartment again!

The location is good as it was located near Metro Train and can be reached by the Busses too. the staff is responsive, helpful and kind, and the rooms are spacious with your own private bathroom and shower. they are cleaned the room every day, and they also serve breakfast.

The only downside is that it can get get a little noisy, as the room is in an apartment shared with 2 other bedrooms. Often we could hear the tv on the room next to ours, so for light sleepers that could be an issue.

The room was very nice and clean! The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great and we even had a little balcony to relax. The breakfast is simple, but super delicious! Liana welcomed us very warmly - the metro was not working when we arrived, so we were late for check-in and she was very comprehensive about that. She also gave us a lot of information about the city and public transport. The place is located right in front of a metro station, so that's a big plus!

The only thing that was not perfect about our stay was the fact, that the room is in a flat with other rooms, each one has their own bathroom of course, but if I wasn't traveling with my cousin but as a couple, I would be mad I don't have more privacy. But It's not that big of a deal, everything else was really perfect.

The lady was really nice to us and the room has been cleaned everyday which is awesome I'd say. The breakfast was fresh and really good, there is a small supermarket and pharmacy just 2 minutes walk from the room. Metro is just around the corner, also 2 minutes, so awesome locality. The metro stops by a lot of monuments so that was a plus.

A trash can would be needed at the entrance, but overall we really liked it.

Breakfest wasn't big. But for Italy it's normal to have only coffe and cruasan at breakfat. Location was perfect to use metro. In Rome I recommend to use metro if possible, the only transport that's on time is metro, trams and trains.

My fiance and I booked Rome by Suite Vatican for a week in May. The location is great, the Metro line literally outside the door gets you to anywhere you need to go. The metro card gets you on all public transport including buses and trams. It is a nice 25-30 minute walk to Vatican city, (Metro gets you there in about 15). When you arrive outside the apartment, it's a little hidden, up the side by a pharmacy. The room is very clean, and bed is comfortable. A good / well needed A/C system ensures a great night's sleep. We had a nice little balcony/breakfast area too. Fresh croissants and very good coffee every morning included for breakfast. (We loved the vanilla ones). Leearna (hope I'm spelling that right), was our wonderful hostess. We don't speak any Italian, but she was very good at communicating and informed us of the best places to visit nearby for food , and the best way to get to all the standout attractions. She also cleaned our room with fresh sheets and towels provided everyday. Couldn't ask for more, very reasonable price, would definitely come again. Darragh and Heather

Property was very clean, room was really spacious with pretty balcony. Location is perfect - 15 min by walk to Vatican and really close to metro station. Host was very nice - she recommended local restaurant and other attractions. Breakfast was also good - great coffee and delicious croissant.

Apple Maps gave us the wrong address so we had trouble finding it at first. Having more specific directions/photos of the outside of the building would be beneficial. The pillows were also very flat for our taste.

Room was extremely clean and very nice. Good location but a little difficult to find. Furnished balcony with lots of cute plants. The host was very helpful and gave us a map and directions to major attractions. We stayed one night and she made us some delicious cappuccinos in the morning with her Nespresso machine along with giving us some amazing chocolate croissants.
