There could have been a bigger sign out the front. The graffitti outside is a little off putting. There about 6 steps up to the lift which is difficult if you have a big heavy bag.

Room felt very secure for a female solo traveller. I had everything I needed. Communication was quick. Room looked exactly as pictures show. I would definitely stay here again if I needed to be close to the station again. There is a lift. Also felt safe walking back to room at night on my own.

I was not able to check in at my arrival as the receptionist was off for an hour. There are cafeterias and bars around, but still a bit unpleasant to stay around after traveling. Simple breakfast at the cafeteria around the corner with a voucher. It was OK, local coffee of your choice, croissant and small glass of juice from a tin, not fresh.

Close to the railway station, clean and tidy, friendly service, when available.

it advertised complimentary breakfast which didn’t exist (not a dealbreaker, there were plenty of places close by). also advertised cooking facilities which looked like they had been covered. did have a fridge and freezer as well as a microwave though.

loved the patio! it was so nice to sit out there with a glass of wine and just enjoy. the location was perfect! very close to shops, food vendors, and the termini. the host was amazing and checked us in as well as provided us with a map and pointed out places and things to see and do while we were there.

We stayed only 1 night as wanted to be close to transport to the airport. Great location, minutes from the termini and bus pick up. Standard room but sufficient. Firm bed but I actually had the best night's sleep of the week! The gent on reception was really nice and helpful and printed our boarding passes for us and gave us free bottled water. Definitely adequate for purpose. Great shower! Food & drink also cheaper in this area

The room is quite small, and it opens directly on a small lobby. you can hear noise from other rooms and from the lobby and therefore they can hear you. Privacy is an issue.

The location is very good 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini Station so you can go every where in rome by bus, metro easily with no issues. The room is clean. The host is very nice he helped us with a map explaining all Metro lines and how to reach all rome attractions.

Likely there was no sound insulation thats why when someone even was opening the tap from another rooms, you heard of it.

Shower water was always warm, never hot. I personally like cool showers so I never complained, but most people would and I hope a plan can be made in the future as we'd love to come back.

The location is fantastic. Perfect to get anywhere by foot. Never used a single bus to see any sight. Room was nice too. Hope to come back one day.

6 flights of stairs to reach the room and a very antiquated elevator. We appreciated the exercise but others might not.

Room was pretty gloomy and a bit outdated, also the aircon was very weak and didn’t keep the room cool over night, luckily we were only there until 6am before we flew home but would have been an issue if there longer. I also didn’t like the area around termini at night compared to how safe I feel in the rest of Rome.

Close to Rome Termini and central Rome, man who greeted us was really friendly and the room itself was a good size. Fine for one night convenient stay.

Their towels are incredibly old and full of holes. While they are functional I did find them well below expectation for the price we paid, as these are a relatively minor investment for the business and onee that made quite a bad impression on us

We were there for 3 nights and not once were the towels changed.

We got a room with a balcony. We had a mini fridge, teapot. The wifi was good. The place is very good since it's close to the termini and the street is quiet.
