Federica is an exceptional host! Despite our late arrival she came to pick us up near Termini station and dropped us off at the hotel. On the way she even paid us a little visit 🙂 The room is well laid out with beautiful volumes and very well located for a first visit in Roma : Colosseum 7min and metro Manzoni 4 min on foot. Breakfast is very simple with coffee machine and kettle for tea. We preferred to take it "Italian style", that is to say outside and taste local products!

There was nothing to dislike.

I stayed here 6 nights and am looking forward to staying here again when I next visit Rome. In my many visits to Rome, no other accommodation has surpassed it for comfort and value. But what makes it exceptional is the care the owners offer and invest in their guests. And, yes, my room had a lovely view.

let me begin with thanking our excellent host. Manual picked us up at the train station and as we head it to the hotel he provided us information on the general knowledge and tips on things around and all the surrounding streets plus info on the restaurants. Great recommendations from him regarding pastry and gelato places. The room is very modern and definitely comes with a great view. Excellent taste. Lots of space in the room lots of space for the luggage, there’s an elevator in the building so you do not have to drag your luggage up the stairs. Very nice and big variety of items for breakfast including breads pastries croissants chocolates cookies juices water yoghurts butter tea super good espresso! The location is great as well. Walking distance to most historical landmarks, most notably the colosseum. We enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely recommend it 100%, you will not regret it.

Manuel and his wife went above and beyond during our trip from picking us up from the bus stop when we arrived, despite it being close to midnight, to giving recommendations on best sights and food spots. The room was cleaned everyday, so comfortable and in a perfect location. Breakfast was provided in the room and was topped up every morning. Could not recommend enough!

It was a little rainy, but theres not much anyone could do about that!

The hosts were incredibly attentive, great communication, collected us from the station, made recommendations and answered every question.

Had some neighbours partying 2 nights in a row til 4am and if anyone smokes on a balcony near the window your room smells of second hand smoke

I didnt like that it is a big apartment actually and you rent only a room with a bathroom. Also floor looks like it very dirty, maybe its just old but anyway its not pleasent. Wall need to be painted also look very dirty.

Staff are very nice, also I like a location, its near bus station and also near Colosseum. Bathroom is nice, clean and new.

The wifi connection was not great. Also the wall was thin you can hear the next door neighbour playing loud music.

The host were friendly and helpful. Showed us to our room and sent us a few great recommendations on restaurants and places to go

You cann’t let the window open because of the noise, the pillows and the bed not so comfy.
