We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

What a pleasant surprise ! I was expecting a lot less from a medium priced hotel. This hotel is very well appointed, large bathroom, walk in closet which would be good for a business traveler , very comfortable bed, quiet. Excellent staff. Comfortable lounge and bar.

United Arab EmiratesIt was really really really good guys let me tell you As I arrived Nicola welcomed me and he was so friendly and made us early check in for free also upgraded our room for free and on that he gave us welcoming drinks at the bar for free the room it self was clean comfortable little bit warm for me but nice and also Jenny was so friendly she took our bags and give us water and let is have breakfast at the bar for free actually the staff really really friendly and the location is so great near to metro and buses like 2 minutes walk for me honestly I will never go to other hotel in milano ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They often left us compliments and gave us lots of advice on where to go to get the most out of our vacation. It was a nice bonus that we were even offered aperol and beer as a gift - such little things create a special atmosphere. Special thanks to Francesco at the bar - very nice and friendly, always in a good mood. And also many thanks to Jenna at the reception - sincere, attentive and always ready to help! We arrived at the hotel early (around 11:00) just to drop off our bags before the check-in, but we were pleasantly surprised that our room was already ready. We would like to thank the lady at the reception - Jenny. She was very nice and helpful, she gave us drinks to take away when we left the hotel, we really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and we would love to come back here someday

United KingdomThe staff and how you are looked after is what makes this a 10/10. Special mention to Jenny who was an amazing on the desk, making sure everything was great for our stay. From the welcome drinks to the check in, everything made you feel so welcome and special. Francesco behind the bar also a great asset with his friendliness and attentiveness. The location was also just right for San Siro, the main reason for our stay (we walked back to the hotel) and it was super close to the Metro to see the rest of the city. Room was comfy and the bathroom looks like it had just been renovated as all modern and super clean.
