Bathroom setup with the glass door and the curtain is a bit strange. No side tables to be able to leave something, and would prefer something better for the clothes than a few hangers in the wall. But room was very clean and brand new

This hotel is just perfect. One of those where I would like to return again and again. Beautiful, clean, comfortable and conveniently located hotel (10-15 mins walk to main attractions) with friendly and helpful staff. We were staying in Maisonette room which has a balcony that overlooks the main street, and we liked it a lot. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend it to everyone.

Tea/coffee facilities would have been good in the room. Not being able to order a single whiskey only doubles were available.

Breakfast was good we were aware upon booking that hot food was not an option. Location worked for us we enjoyed using the tram and walking into the main city area.

On our floor there was a galley area as they called it with a vending machine and drinks facilities. Personally would have preferred a kettle and drinks available in the room.

Lovely modern hotel. Location was a bit out of the centre of Florence but only about a 20 or so minutes walk away. Easy to jump onto the tram on a stones throw from the hotel into Florence or to the main train station. Room was clean and modern, nice continental breakfast too. Would happily stay again if visiting Florence.

Brand new hotel. Excellent design. Very helpful stuff. The location is really good. You have to walk 15 mins to get to the centre storico, but it is not a problem. Tram passes right in front of the hotel that can take you anywhere.

The hotel is a little bit out of the way from the centre/all the sights of Florence. It is an easy, fairly short walk into town and there is a tram stop right outside so it wasn't massively inconvenient but if you like to be in the hustle and bustle then it may not be for you.

I was incredibly happy with my stay at Ruby Bea Florence. The staff were all so friendly, helpful and approachable. My room was very clean with excellent facilities and the hotel as a whole was beautiful. It really exceeded my expectations. I will definitely be visiting again!

The only complaint we had was that the room didn't have a fridge. We knew this in advance, but there is plenty of room for one! Would be a nice touch.

We loved this place! We stayed at the Ruby Lucy in London prior and had high expectations for Ruby Bea. The staff was very kind while checking in. Our room was very roomy, with a lovely balcony that overlooked the mountains around the city. It was very convenient to public transportation, the main train station, and walking downtown.
