I enjoyed my stay here. Central location, 10-15 minutes' walk to the very center and the train station, too. The staff was very kind and friendly. Decent breakfast. Clean room. There is a very cozy area in the lobby where you can have tea and read. The only inconvenience was that the shower cabin in the single room was too small.

On our final night, we were able to hear noise from the next door bedroom, although that was probably because the couple next door were raising voices and banging doors.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. A good location, a short walk from the old city. The interior of the hotel was as beautiful as it looks in the photos. There was a comfortable seating area for guests, which we used when planning our day’s activities. Our room was small but comfortable and we slept well. There was a good variety of breakfast foods available and we appreciated having breakfast included in our very reasonable room rate. We felt that the hotel was excellent value overall.

The location is great within 20min walking you are at the Arena and staff is nice. Breakfast is ok, but not many option for dietary restrictions. Room is quiet old and needs lots of basic mprovements that will make the stay better. There is a fridge but doesn't work, there is no plug for the kettle even tho there is one so we end up taking it to the toilet. There are only sugars in the room no tea and coffee so need to ask for them. There is no bin for rubbish in the room only in the toilet. A/C doesn't work so the room got quiet hot all the time. Pillows are very flat so difficult to.sleep at night and mattress is ok. For the price you pay you expect a bit better specially we have been traveling around Italy and for the same price or similar we got better experience The most annoying thing you can listen everything from the room next to us, phone conversations, how they talk, eat etc so you cannot rest properly.

The room was nice but really very very small. The worst has been the noise from the air conditioner. Eliza, in the front desk, offered me to change the room.

The staff (Eliza, Noman and Jumi) have been very kind. The location is pretty good (no far from downtown nor the train station Porta Nuova).

The lack of any night staff. Access is easy ref a key pad but I didn’t realise the hotel had no night porter. It says security. Which is not the same as Is important to lots of guests.

Easy access from station. Walking or a bus from outside nearby cafe. Well presented warm and snug on a cold rainy day.

The room I had was tiny, couldn’t even open the suitcase if it wasn’t on the bed, but when I walked past other rooms being cleaned they were much more spacious, so I guess check carefully what size the room is when you are booking

Power outlets were rather inconvenient in the room, as they were mostly hidden under or behind furniture. Some wall hooks by the room door, for coats etc, would be helpful. These are small things that would provide a better guest experience.

The location was ideal, both for proximity to the train station and also to the old city center. As a bonus, there is a fabulous gelato shop, just around the corner! The hotel staff was marvelous, particularly Elisa, who worked at reception.

Very charming atmosphere in an old palace. Very nice staff: friendly and helpful. The room had everything we needed, felt warm and cosy. A water boiler with tea bags and instant coffee was nice.

Everything was on point! Nothing to complain about

Everything in the Hotel was hight quality. The staff was also really nice and friendly. Breackfast in the Secret garden room was so good! I really enjoyed being there. The hotel is 15 min walking from the main station, really easy to find and to go from there.

We didn't have hot water in our room on the day we checked out even after letting the shower run for a really long time.

The room was fine and I really enjoyed all the artwork in the halls of the hotel. It was very quiet, and the breakfast was adequate. The hotel was well-located about a 15 minute walk from the historic heart of the town. We were able to use their parking (for 15 euros), which was really convenient.
