We had a lovely stay at Seaside Caracciolo with super views from our balcony. The location right by the sea in a nice Mergellina area was perfect for us and there are several very good restaurants in all price ranges nearby. The owner Diego was extremely friendly and always ready to assist in every request and question. There is complimentary coffee and water always available for the guests, a super nice gesture. The only small minus was the noise: the street (Lungomare) under the window is busy all day and night (normal in big cities), but more annoying was the noise from the corridor and neighbouring rooms (the door is not soundproof), so we recommend to bring the earplugs just in case. But all in all, we will most certainly want to return to Seaside Caracciolo. Alla prossima!

Well, the wall was so thin, i could hear my neighbours talk, even cough. Also, there should have been more sugar in the room. There was only 1😁, and some biscuits atlist to eat with the tea. Other than that, I loved it. Thank you 🙌🫶

It was my 4th time in Italy and hands down the best accommodation so far! Very clean, sheets smelled so good and felt crispy upon our arrival. Great location with restaurant right downstairs and 15 minutes walk to the beach club. The View is amazing to enjoy the balcony. And a huge bonus to always have a good coffee and water available. Our host, Diego, provided everything we asked for and even drove us to the beach one day! Would definitely come back if ever in Napoli again.

Loved the location, cleanliness, and comfortability of the room. We have been to Naples many times, and this was one of the best places we have stayed at. It is very safe and secure and It is near the train/metro station, which allowed us easy cheap travel. The restaurant Nonna Tittina is right next door and so delicious. I highly recommend this booking.

The view from the balcony was spectacular and the location is excellent. There is no reception but Claudia was so helpful, she picked us up from the train station and was very responsive via WhatsApp

The only issue I ran into is some difficulty checking in. There is no door label at the address. With that, it would be perfect!

Great location and very nice building. Loved how welcoming and helpful was staff. They were so attentive and made sure that all details are ok. Even agreed to let me check out later. There are nice restaurants around, easy to reach Quartieri Spagnoli and old town. Would really recommend to everyone visiting Naples.

The very bad smell coming from the sewage, covering the atmosphere of the room . Had to keep the windows open to have the air fresh. A lot of mosquitos Elevator broke down once . It was only one electricity plug for fridge and kettle. You could have only one at the time.

We got the two bedroom flat. It is very dark and closed off from everything. I spoke to the owner when we arrived that the pictures they use to show the flat are misleading and he told me it says on the description that there are now outwards facing windows or views. When I booked I had the impression they only offered this flat and didn't also have rooms. It is effectively catfishing to show pictures of other rooms when selling the flat we booked. We expected a place we would enjoy being in. It isn't a nice flat to sit around in and thankfully the weather was great and we wanted to be out. So it was just a place to sleep. If you want to hang out in your accommodation then I wouldn't recommend this place. During our stay the internet was down. The entry system is meant to be through an app and this doesn't work when there is no internet. We were given keys but if we have to carry keys, what is the point of having a smart entry system. The owner can perhaps not control an outage but it was something we didn't like. The shower is incredibly small. You need to be flexible to wash yourself properly. Seems a bit silly to have two toilets in the flat but a tiny shower. I would have designed the toilets and shower room differently to make one and have more space. I guess however if 6 do stay there it is needed to have two toilets. One of the bedrooms has a glass wall which means if the person wants to sleep, the others need to have lights off.

The flat and so the accommodation is located down on the seafront. When you get out of the flat it is a beautiful location and as we enjoy walking then the walk along the promenade was also great. There are a few restaurants and cafes directly outside of the accommodation. It was also a good location for a morning run along the coast.
