We needed a place to stay close yo the Australian embassy. We had not expected to be in Rome that evening. The generous check in arrangements were very welcome as was the equipped kitchen and excellent wifi. If we ever come back to Rome we may stay there again for its convenience.

- the rooms are rather badly isolated - you really hear your neighbours... - the facilities have really seen better days. Do not expect to have the freshest place. It would be e.g. nice to have a little shelf for shower gel, etc. in the shower. It is a little thing, but you really notice if it is not there. - rooms 1-4 face not so nice courtyard which has this wierd smell of old food...like from restaurant ventilation. Hence, it sometimes prevented us from opening the window, even if we wanted some fresh air. I guess room 5 would be best, as it faced the other - somewhat nicer - courtyard - there is no iron - would be nice to have this option, even if it was shared for all rooms

- location is very convenient, as you are still within the central circle of the city with a nice and safe area, yet it was not so expensive as more central places - the public transport connection (i.e. buses) is really good, as it connects to all key parts of the city (Termini, old town, Colosseum, etc.) - the staff are nice, we could get an earlier check-in. We arrived around 12PM - our room was being cleaned and we could move in as soon as it was done, which was much appreciated to refresh after the road - it is convenient to have a little kitchen with a designated fridge space, available tea / coffee and even possibility to cook, if you want to - the room is rather spacious. We stayed 5 days, during which our room was cleaned once in the middle of our stay. We did not need much more, but this is just for information - all rooms face courtyards which is certainly much quieter than any place that will face Rome streets - room has an air-conditioner, which is certainly a big plus during the hot months of the year! - there is a shop just downstairs with food and even first necessity things. Super convenient! - good wifi

The doors of the rooms aren't very isolated, so you can hear when other guests go for breakfast in the morning. Otherwise it was as expected.

Location was fantastic, we arrived very late and the door was closed, we had to call Gio and he kindly let us in.

No washing machine or dryer No dishwasher however, the cleaning lady did wash our utensils the next day so this isn't a big deal. No air-conditioning in the kitchen & lounge area. The rooms had ACs though so this wasn't a deal breaker either.

Loved everything. Had a tiny kitchen with stovetops,b fride & cutlery. The rooms were nice, clean & had ACs. The cleaning lady came in everyday as well so that was definitely a plus. The nearest tram station was only a minute away and the nearest supermarket was literally next door and the location felt safe overall.

The host is very nice, always in touch. He recommended us interesting restaurants/cafes, quickly solved the problem with very noisy young people living in the next room, helped us a lot with our luggage on the day of departure. We are very grateful to him. Great location, close to Termini station, Colosseum... Market Carrefour is next to the house. Fully equipped kitchen, microwave, burner, large fridge, lots of cutlery, plates and glasses. Coffee machine in the lobby with all the things you need for it and coffee capsules refilled daily. WiFi works great. Clean, nice lady cleaning every day.

There is no reception to talk to someone face to face. I didn't mind communicating through whatsapp but might be a problem for people who aren't great with technology.

The room we stayed was tidy, clean and modern. It had all the basics for a enjoyable stay. The bed was comfortable and there is also a small lift to get to first floor (great if you have luggage). Just outside the main entrance there is a little grocery shop and there is also a cafe just on the corner of the street.

Everything was great. The apartment is in a really friendly and quite location, there is a bus stop almost in front of the doors, which is taking you to most important places in the strict city centre. the room was specious, in the kitchen you could use coffee machine. Wifi worked perfectly for my 3 hours work call!! The owners were really friendly and we could even do the later checkout because our plane was late in the evening. 100% recommend.

You basically get a bedroom and bathroom, with shared kitchen and lobby space. For the price, it was very spartan. You don’t interact with any people directly, everything is handled via WhatsApp and is very impersonal. We heard the other guests’ noise in early morning and late at night, not that they were loud, just that noise carried in the apartment.

It was clean and in a good neighborhood of Rome, not too far to major attractions by taxi. Good food options nearby.

Gio was absolutely incredible and helpful with us. Our stay in the apartment was excellent. The place is comfortable and well located. There are several restaurants around and it is well connected to public transportation linking it directly to the hysterical center.
