Our stay was a bit uncomfortable. The water in the shower was leaking. The rain-like shower head is inconvenient, because we don’t wash hair every day. Some plugs did not work.

Good breakfasts with many dishes that vary from day to day. There is a free parking. Clean enough. Nice balconies in the rooms. Very interesting and good lobby. There is no tea and coffee in the room, but you can find it in the lobby.

The Sunday evening we were there on 10th September 2023, the restaurant was closed to residents due to the hotel hosting a private event. Not ideal when the hotel is in a village with no other food options. No warning given, very unsatisfactory

I knew this, but the sofa bed bunk beds were not comfortable for sleeping. Also, with only a small minimal desk in the room, there was little room to relax with the family. The TV did not work either.

Felt very much like a hostel, bunk beds in small sterile space, concrete floors. Bright lights and noisy neighbors made it a bit hard to sleep with window open.

Rooms size was not so good for three persons and the view from terrace/balcony was just a concrete wall. For our short stay it was okay, but someone else could be very disappointed.

Reception is only manned for a few hours in the middle of the day. Arrivals after that have to do a self-check-in so you need to keep an eye on your emails if your ETA is after 3pm. Too bad if you need something outside those hours, such as help getting the internet to work or another pillow to augment the thin one provided. Internet access is a key requirement in our accommodation choices so we were very annoyed that we could not get the internet to work even with the help of the receptionist next morning. We stayed in 20 different accommodations on this trip. This was the only place where we could not get the internet. The mattress was too firm and coupled with the poor pillow ensured that I slept very badly. Although there is carpet in the corridor outside, the bedroom floor is bare concrete.... not a smart choice in a hotel, where a chair being moved in the room above disturbs the people trying to sleep in the room below. The bed is in the middle of the room with walk space on all 4 sides. It was not a smart design choice to put the only electrical outlets in the bedroom on the narrow open shelf that is part of the headboard for the bed. It was the only option for recharging our phones but came with the heightened risk of having them break if knocked off onto the floor. It also required running the computer cable across the walk space between the bedhead and the desk behind it, creating a trip hazard. Although we stayed in the area five nights, we chose not to extend our stay past the one night, despite the inconvenience of finding an alternative and moving.

Good sized bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Extensive buffet breakfast. Welcoming, friendly, helpful waitstaff in the restaurant. Several free parking places in front of hotel. A very clean, modern hotel but the negatives outweighed the positives.

Smart hotel is not smart. Can never see any explanation about the facility or service of the hotel. T.V. does not provide even English channel. Very hard to see staff for service or questions after working hours. Then there must be any smart way to contact with the staff. The operation system of this hotel is good for owner of hotel not for guest.

- sound proofing is not great. You can hear your top neighbours walking. one night people gathered on the common balcony for drinking and we couldn't sleep until they went away. - the pillows are horrible and the beds are not great for couples. the twin mattresses move away very easily. - the second rack for drying up the ski boots didn't work in the last 2 days of our trip. We wrote the whatsapp number and also told an employee about this. Nobody gave us an answer. We had to take the boots all wet to the slopes.

It is a bit outside of the center, but if you are happy to walk or take bus/car then the hotel is perfect.

Room size for a triple was very small and seemed the online image showed a wall between beds and not a small shelf. Prices for food and room was very hight, but not untypical for the area.
