Nothing at property really just had some loud neighbors in the next room that was loud and partying the day we have to take an early flight, i wish i could join them to party but they didn’t let us sleep.

Naira made everything so easy for our stay, even we had late check in everything was set. She helped to book even after booking.com cancelled twice as we had an issue with card. She made the booking manually. Recommend some spot like rooftop around Roma had a nice time there. We didn’t meet but 100% recommended.

Old rooms - stay away from any 100 rooms Bathrooom had broken knob, leaking tap water and no one came to fix Worse part was Sofa turned into bed were so noisy that you can’t even turn while sleeping. We were party of 4 and expected 2 proper beds when u in 2 rooms but obviously not the case. No one is available on Saturday and Sunday to talk at reception. It’s not 4 star at all and neither hotel. Bookings.com shouldn’t show as 4 star hotel.

The first room had a pungent smell of drainage and mold. The second room was too close to the road which was very noisy at night. Reception was non-existent. She was never there. We asked for a late check out and were even prepared to pay for it but this request was very promptly shot down. There are many other accommodations which have good locations. Do not consider this one as you will be disappointed.

The property wasn’t overly clean, interior was very odd and mix matched. The shower was VERY difficult to navigate as the head was too big for the shower so water would go everywhere…?

The room displayed numerous signs of neglect, including broken door knobs, cracked bathroom tiles, and burnt-out light bulbs.

The best aspect of this location is its position. The room was clean, and the staff were excellent.

In general everything was perfect ... maybe a little noisy at nights as there are a lot of restaurants, cafe's and bar's around there, but it did not cause us any problem!!!

The location was excellent ... just a few meters away from restaurants, shops, metro station and of course piazza di spagna (spanish steps). The room and the bathroom was clean, roomy and exactly as the pictures shown on booking! It had also a central air conditioning unit which was really useful as the temperatures were between 25-30oC on the days of our visit.

First off all perfect location 2 minutes from piazza di spagna and 6 min from Fontana di Trevi. Everything is near. A lot to eat and buy near. The cleaning was every day. Very clean apartment. Ms Naira the host, very helpful and polite. Everything was perfect.

Broken bed, filthy room and facilities, our room stated that we have a terrace we had 2 small pigeon hole windows instead, a ceiling that was barley 1.7m and the list goes on

The pictures are imo deceptive. The “superior suite” was NOT a suite. It was a room in an attic, not serviced by elevator (which felt unsafe with questionable wiring)with public access to rooftop outside the room door. The room had inadequate seating (one single chair) one light, no lamps or lighting options and one small window. It was relatively clean but uncomfortable and with flimsy door and “amazon” type lock felt more like a hostel than a hotel.

Incredible level of daily early morning noise. Shower was not great, moldy shower ceiling too.

Room was nice, shower was not great, water was cold at times. Disgraceful noise every morning pre 6am with building work outside room and not once did the hotel mgt come and speak to us about this and provide any options / solutions. I have contacted them since and they have failed to respond.

Being on the second floor makes you exposed to a bit of noise coming from the kitchen I suppose, but it’s nothing unbearable.

The place was exactly as shown in the pictures. I traveled with my parents, and this place was spacious enough to allow all of us to have some privacy. Absolutely worth the price. The location was amazing and the room had a good heating system. The host was so kind and she even let us check in earlier so my parents could rest a bit. My bag’s zipper broke so I asked the cleaning lady for some kind of tool to fix it and she did not hesitate and was so helpful and kind. Definitely coming back again.

Broken doorknobs of the guest room & bathroom, heating is not switched on in the bathroom, no elevator from the street level/hotel lobby to the first floor (elevator level).

Very strategic location near Piazza di Spagna. Spacious room, spacious wardrobe, comfy bed and pillows. Helpful frontdesk -Naira, and she is very informative on the places to visit in central Rome.

Our room on the first floor was conveniently situated near a supermarket in the adjacent building. However, the early morning opening of the supermarket resulted in considerable noise disturbance.

The hotel is at the heart of the city center. Our room was very clean.
