Excellent location - in the heart of historic center, easy to reach everything on foot. Walking distance to Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, shopping area and restaurants. Very affordable price this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and it was great to have it on the rooftop terrace with lemon trees. The room was comfortable and clean.

I have been thinking about what I could write about Soagna Dream Suites, and the people who work here that would adequately convey how much this small hotel contributed to my child's, my wife's and my own enjoyment of Rome. The only thing I can say is that we will be back again, that's for sure. Now we have found our home in Rome... Wonderful people, fantastic location (everything is in walking distance), wonderful terrace surrounded by lemons... everything!!! My son is 10 years old and when we come back from a walk he says "Daddy, let's go home!" I think this says it all! Thank you Spagna Dream Suites! Thank you Naira! 🍀🙏❤️

It was the worse hotel's experience, and i have some. Room so small, no refrigerator. Limited furniture. Bathroom terribly designed. It is not 4 stars hotel maybe 1 star.

Very friendly staff, good breakfast. The clean and cozy room is sufficiently equipped. The accommodation is in the heart of Rome and everything is within walking distance. I can only recommend.

Everything was great.

The room was in excellent conditions, very clean and comfortable, the location was great too. Right next to several attractions, shopping streets and restaurants. We arrived and left at hours where the front desk was not operating, but still the contact from the hotel was great. They were very detailed with the instructions to get in and find our room, and the same for the check out process (we never saw Naira's face but still she always responded my emails and had no issues at all throughout the stay). Would definitely recommend.

the bed wasn’t a quieten size bed. there was no reception. bathroom wasn’t private. I shared a room with my sister and we had to leave the room when either of us wanted to use that bathroom, toilet or shower as bathroom walls were glass. asked reception to book us a taxi to airport to come home and she said she would do it but didn’t confirm whether she had or not so had to book one myself to make sure I didn’t miss my flight. two taxis turned up so had to go with the one I’d ordered.

We had questions about the wifi and the shower was broken - the only way to contact the hotel was via whatsapp.. so we tried to use data and roaming to contact them - even after 24 hours no one responded to us or came to fix the shower?! Multiple things were broken in the room - the shower and the bathroom door being a few. The "courtyard view" was a dark alleyway filled with garbage (attached a photo).

Quite a lot. The rooms were very small much smaller then the pictures online. The cleaning service never cleaned properly. Our bathroom was consistently dirty and our sheets were never changed. There was black mold around the shower and dirt marks on the wall of the bedroom. There was no staff on premises to address these issues with and when I did address them I never heard back from Naira. We were very disappointed with our stay.

The only aspect I like was the location of the hotel.

Excellent location near Spanish steps, wonerful shower and AC. It is perfect if planning on using the room just for shower and rest, otherwise it is a little small and dark to stay in for a long time

The customer service was horrible. We requested a late check in because our flight was arriving at 1am. They sent us the passcode for the main door but not our room number. We arrived at 2 am only to realize we didn’t know what room was ours. We had a telephone number and tried to call but no one was replying. We then found an open door and assumed it was ours only to hear a knock from the actual residents that were also checking in late. We then found another room, only to be woken up at 8am by the cleaning lady that just barged in. They then informed us that we were in the false room so we had to move once more. The new room was smaller but we found it okay in the beginning. We then realized that the fridge wasn’t working and the shower drain was blocked. We mentioned it to the receptionist who told us she would take care of it immediately (ps a person was there from 2pm-7pm and ONLY if they were expecting new arrivals. At other times we had to communicate through whatsapp and not even through calls but only messages. We were waiting at least half hour for every reply). Another day passed by and the bathroom was flooding every time we took a shower and it also smelled really bad. We had been messaging them continuously but they didn’t seem to take care of it. Then they told us that the poured something on the drain to unclog it but it didn’t really work. For me the worst part of the stay was the horrible service and contact. For 140 euros/ day the rooms should have been better. Moreover, breakfast was included in the price. However the breakfast was served on the terrace which was nice but very hot in the mornings. Cheese, butter and salami was left under the sun until everything melted. I am sure that was not hygienic at all. I don’t think that a small fridge would cost that much. To sum up for your own good please find another accommodation

1. The toilets are simply a glass door. Absolutely zero privacy. 2. The room windows are visible form the terrace. People could see us sleeping. 3. The elevator is very old and barely working/with broken lamp fittings in it. 4. Very very noisy. Every morning there was a lot of noise from people trying to go to the breakfast. Because of the very small spaces inevitably it got very noisy. Not anyone's fault. 5. The value for the money ratio was not good.

You need to arrange a shuttle from the airport ahead of time or else hire a taxi.

Clean, private hotel. Naira was fantastic helping us coordinate transportation to and from attractions. Good value and walking distance to everything. We will definitely stay here again.

Only one quibble and that would be that my card was charged for the stay on my first day abd as I didn’t recognise the charge (Assets management was what appeared) I declined it. Hotel were very accommodating in allowing me make alternative payment method.

Amazing hotel.Centrally located. Communicated well with us through booking.com as we had a late check in which was no problem. Room was huge! And quiet.Breakfast is basic but it suited us fine.It’s served on a cute rooftop terrace.

Shower ground was wood and smelly. Also was blocked and hasn't been cleaned enough. Both 2 mornings at around 6-7 am, the truck came under the window and unload markets or shops staffs. There wasn't any English channel on tv
