Great location right by the Vatican. Nice, clean, well air conditioned hotel. It has a wonderful rooftop with jacuzzi and a beautiful garden. Front desk, breakfast, bar, concierge and cleaning staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had to stay one extra night and the reception was able to accommodate that immediately for us.

A very well located hotel. Close to every neat attractions near Vatican City. Clean, spacious, well lit. Small privacy terraces and open view with the room. Nice staff and service. Well managed and attentive to clients in need of extra attention or service. Breakfast on time, lots of choices, nice variety and good food. Overall is appreciative. Small restaurant but top menu and service. A great choice for a reasonable price giving its stars.

Bathroom is not comfortable, water flow out during shawer. House keeper entered my room withou knocking door one afternoon when I was in my room.

breakfast is delicious, healthy with omeal and nuts, contents of the detox water are different each day. Dinner is delicious as well.

The only issue is that the WiFi coverage is very poor in the room and on the rooftop. I was on the 6th floor, but I have no idea if the other floors have the same issue!

The hotel is very clean and like a brand new. Very nice staff. The beds are great. It has a beautiful rooftop with a sauna and jacuzzi + gym, not crowded at all! The location is ~ 10minute walk to the Vatican, close to a metro station, and there are tons of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops nearby.

The room is too small for 4 people. Is rather a 3 people room. Few options for vegans and vegetarians, outside of fruits.

Excellent professional attitude from the staff. Very close to the Metro station and bus station. Quiet street. New sheets and new towels every day. Healthy breakfast.

Great location and facilities. Absolutely sparkling clean. Lovely comfortable room with a balcony overlooking a quiet street. No noise at night and everything very peaceful. Staff were exceptional and looked after our every need. Highly recommend this as a base to visit the sites of Rome.

Great stay at this hotel, convenient to city bus, subway station and Vatican, laundry mat around the corner, staff was nothing less than great, restaurant was nice with a decent selection and food well prepared. The rooms were fine, yes they’re a little small compared to American hotels but honestly it works out fine, I’m not buying it, just using it for a week, besides if you’re spending a lot of time in the room you’re missing what you came for, to see Rome. If I ever return to Rome this is where I’ll stay.

Location was ideal for visit to the Vatican Museum (2’ walk), to get to the city centre (Bus 492 around the corner took me to the piazza Navona/Pantheon/Campo de Fiori area and to the Barberini Palazzo). Also near metro Ottaviano. Breakfast was reasonably priced at 15 eur and had a good choice of sweet and savory. Bathroom was small but had a great walk in shower, fluffy towels and excellent shampoo and shower gel. Plenty of outlets to charge my devices. Can highly recommend a restaurant nearby, La Locanda di Pietro. Other restaurants nearby as well. Receptionist was very helpful when I had a question about the outlets. No adapter needed for my Belgian chargers.

Best stay we’ve had in a while for a “budget” hotel, didn’t feel like the usual ones in Europe at all. Rooms were big and well equipped with amenities, a mini fridge and others. Location was great and literally minutes from the Vatican or there was a bus stop (Candia) / metro (Cipro) to get to the city centre within 20-30 mins. Staff were amazing and very gracious, knowledgeable as well and always had service with a smile. Ricciardo at the bar was awesome too and gave us jugs of milk for our room for tea and coffee which was a lovely touch. All in all, this was my first stay in a Best Western hotel and I’ll definitely be coming back!
