Also, they kindly reimbursed me my first night, which I did not spend there because my flight was cancelled at the last minute. Thanks !

The water pressure in the shower was a bit low. Noise also transmits extremely easily into the rooms, we could hear people talking in other rooms. The noise from doors closing was also a particular problem and woke us up early every morning, although I feel like this depends on the consideration of the other guests around. I think the B&B could look into finding a way to dampen the noise from the doors, particularly the door closing off the corridor from the kitchen.

Emilia and staff were wonderful and warm hosts. We appreciated little touches like the cold filtered water and cookies available at all times. Rooms were kept very clean. Value for money was exceptional. The bicycles onsite are no longer available but it was easy enough to hire one nearby (approx. 20 min walk away).

The breakfast was asbolutely sensational, comparing to other accomodations we used around Sicily within this price range, it was absolutely amazing! Decent size of the room, nice bathroom, the owners are incredibly nice and there is a great atmosphere in this B&B.

Our stay at Stagnone Area Zero was great! It is located close to some nice Kitesurfing spots, the rooms were perfectly clean and the breakfast was quite delicious. I can definitely recommend a stay here.

Everything was perfect, right from the tranquil garden to the delicious breakfast every morning. Emilia and her parents are such amazing hosts, you ask for anything they will try their best to provide it. Room is clean and comfy beds. I hope to come back again soon!!

the property is lovely, in a prima location for kiting and visiting the north-west of Sicily. the owners are really nice, the room was cleaned every day and you have access to a shared kitchen with fridge and drinking water from the tap :) breakfast was abundant and very yummy! overall amazing stay! will be back!

Beautiful home and garden with great hospitality. you feel there as at home. There is special place to wash and dry all your kite equipment. Fresh and tasty breakfasts and if you lucky you can hear owner playing guitar and taste amazing cake baked by his wife. Hope to come back soon!

Perfect for kiteboarding. You can wash and let you gear dry at the back yard. The breakfast was so plentiful that we could skip the lunch and we ate only dinner in the evening. The host made us even some apple pie.

What an incredible find for my partner and I as we were learning to kite surf. Giovanni was amazing from the start, knowledgeable, generous and fun learn about the area with. He went out of his way to book us a wine tour and always made sure we had what we needed. We would definitely return.

There is nothing at all I could possibly complain about, as all our needs were met. If I have to be picky, perhaps the breakfast buffet could have been a little more varied? But it was great anyway.
