Our stay at Stella Holiday Apartment was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by Anna and Roberto, whose hospitality is nothing short of extraordinary. They are not only incredibly friendly but also always ready to assist with any questions or provide tips about the local area. Their kind and personal approach made our stay truly special. The apartment itself is a real gem. Everything was impeccably clean and tidy, immediately making us feel at ease. The tasteful decor exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it easy to feel right at home. Every detail has been carefully thought out to ensure a comfortable stay for the guests. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful atmosphere that pervades the entire Stella Residence. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind. The peaceful surroundings and the beautiful nature that encircles the residence further contribute to a sense of tranquility. We highly recommend Stella Holiday Apartment and want to thank Anna and Roberto once again for their exceptional hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Anna is an amazing host, and you can tell she puts all herself in Villa Stella. The place is spotless and so well presented. Having a private pool is amazing and it is so well kept, the garden area and patio around it it's so perfectly kept tidy it looks straight from a fairy tale. We will be back for sure!

First of all many thanks to Anna and Roberto for the stay of a week in your stunning place! An excellent central located place to explore Cagliari city and the many beautiful beaches around. Every morning a nice breakfast ,while overlooking the swimming pool, gave us a peace of mind and where the little cute dog Jody always welcomed us. Although not explicitly stated at booking.com details, we were not aware of the free breakfast😃. Many thanks offering your help during an unexpected physical (dental) issue. This acknowledged to me that you both are tightly involved in taking care of your customers.

It was perfect! Clean, quiet, comfortable, close enough to everything and Anna & Roberto were the BEST hosts you could ask for!! It was definitely a highlight staying here and being fed incredible home cooked food and being treated like royalty!!! We can’t rate our stay here highly enough! Ciao Mr & Mrs Bond!

This kind of accommodation will suite many, and that is why the rating is so high. But I find it fair to mention several things, which may change your mind when considering booking, as it would change mine, if I knew before coming. It is restricted to eat and drink in the room. So if your style of vacation is same as ours and includes drinking wine and nibbling local cheese, salami or whatever when in the room, forget it. There is a designated area outside of the room, but that's not the same. Seems it has now been at least taken off the Booking listing, but to our surprise there was no fridge in the room, despite of it being included in our confirmation. The owner explained we can put maximum ONE BOTTLE into her fridge in the garden, with a tone of voice I would not wish to hear from a kind host. One bottle of course didn't make sense for us, as we expected to have a full fridge for our use in hot summer days. Now I don't see a fridge listed on Booking anymore, so good for future guests, to not be disappointed like we were. Even though reading a lot of positives from others, our relationship with Anna wasn't great. It started with letting us wait more than half hour outside in front of her door, I believe due to her misunderstanding when I called saying "We are here", as well as a notice on Booking half hour before arriving. English skills definitely need improvement, if you plan to host guests from abroad as your business. Misunderstandings can happen, but then a simple sorry would fix it... Then finding out about the fridge with her upset reaction to my calm request, and the rest of our stay was kind of toxic. We also felt low privacy, our stuff rearranged, etc. We were happy to leave to another place in Sardinia, which was truly fantastic and saved our vacation mood :)

The room was clean, quiet, smelling good and cleaned every day. Breakfast was fresh and tasty and the owner added eggs the second day after asking us what we like, which was nice. The pool was also spotlessly clean.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with extraordinary kindness and hospitality. Anna and Roberto put us completely st ease. Anna is a highly accomplished and talented cook and we were treated to the most superb delicious variety of Sardinian food. The room was luxurious and beautifully furnished and we were able to relax in and enjoy the idyllic swimming pool set in a beautiful garden.at our pleasure. The house is ideally situated for easy reach to the city centre, stunning beaches, cultural attractions and many other points of interest. Nothing was too much trouble, attention to detail was impeccable for our comfort and convenience and our hosts, Anna and Roberto are the very best. We strongly recommend.

Very nice private house with beautifull swimming pool, perfect decorated room and beautifull breakfest outside. Anna is very special host. She can make for you not only delicious breakfest but also box of lunch for beach. We ordered also dinner, which was "high class" of "Michellin like". Highly recomended!!! Anna also has beautifull hand made bags...which you maybe need for next vacation in Capri island )))

Amazing stay at villa Anna :) We really liked the great pool! It‘s really relaxing! Anna and her husband also make Sure that it is super clean. But also the room is very clean and spacious. Anna, the Host, also offers you a delicious breakfast with fresh food and if you want also a good Dinner :) Can highly recommend a stay there!

What a dream! Our stay from beginning to the end was a fairly-tale like! We would highly, highly, highly recommend the exceptional experience Anna, Roberto and Jody provided. Yes, it wasn’t just a stay - the hosts made it a magical experience! 😍 The room was meticulously decorated with high attention to details. The gorgeous hand made crochet made by super talented Anna was present almost everywhere. Divine beauty everywhere you turn! Superb! Both breakfast and dinner were top! If we could give them Michelin stars we would - everything - the thoughtfulness to fulfill every guest’s wish (and more) was done in a very elegant and classy manner. Words can’t describe how the beautiful and lovely Anna, Roberto - the perfect gentleman and the cutest Jody went out of their way to provide us with the warmest personal attention. Beautiful beings & beautiful atmosphere! Our hearts will forever be yours! 💞

If you intend to visit Cagliari you need a car or taxi since its about 20 minutes outside the central (in our case the host helped us for some extra money which was really appreciated). The closest beach is also about 10 minutes with car from the place. There are a few restaurants in the area (10 min walk) but keep in mind its located in a small village with mostly private houses. The host was really service-minded but since its their own place and we were the only guests it became a bit intimate.

Great place if you want to relax 1-2 days with a privat pool. Both room and pool area was really nice. The included breakfast was also good. Very service-minded host.

We had an amazing stay in apartment Stella. Anna is very nice and kind. We had everything, what we need and much more. Anna is perfect cooker, dinners were really awesome. We enjoyed every moment there.
