Tourist tax is very high here, should be a mirror in the room with the shared bathroom, bed wasn't great.

A day before our arrival, Simona contacted and told me to bring cash to pay the city tax. I asked what if I don't have cash, and shockingly she threatened me with "We can't allow you in without paying". It was the first time I had experienced such behavior. We were very disappointed. She didn't give another option. Since we didn't have time to find another accommodation in less than a day, I didn't want to escalate the tensions by arguing with her. We don't carry cash or card. We always use Google or Apple Pay. Luckily, a random guy that I met at a hostel offered me some money, so I had cash when I arrived at the apartment.

The location of the apartment was amazing! You just need to cross the street after getting out of the airport shuttle bus. If you have a flight in the early morning like at 6:30 am, you know how stressful to get prepared for the flight. It was the first time we didn't worry about the flight. We had a good night sleep and we left the apartment 5 minutes before the departure of the shuttle and arrived at Fiumicino airport on time. Besides the location, everything about the apartment was okay. Don't have high expectations. It's an antique apartment.

Perfect location, across the street from Termini station and shuttle bus stop from the airport. Helpful staff. Nice and clean room. Common areas are ok.

The matrass was SOO hard. I asked for a topper or something but they didn't provide anything. Other than that, everything was good

We were surpriced to find out that the appartment must be shared with other people.Basicaly is a 3 room apartment with on bathroom that must be shared . Is hard to get in touch with the host.

The appartment is nicely prepared and the furniture is looking nice. Is closed to the train station.

Everything was perfect. Maybe some coffee or tea bags would have been nice but nothing to fault.

Pino was so kind and friendly. We checked in late and he made check in run so smoothly. He was very helpful and generous.

The location was perfect. Right across the street from the train station and easy to walk to the hilights of Rome. The room was clean and nice, as was the common area and Kitchen we shared with other guests.

Giuseppe was really welcoming and kind to us. We stayed in the Double Room with Private Bathroom and everything went great! Perfect location in front of Termini Station and Mercato Centrale.

One staff was incredibly rude, and because we had trouble and arrived later she suggested that we cancel our stay, book another hotel and she doesnt know if we can be refunded, we have to check with bookings! Thankfully a sweet woman named Luccia answered my messages on the app and informed us that there’s a fee to be paid if arrived before 12 and substantial fee for arriving after midnight. We managed to get their by midnight only to be surprised that the bathroom is shared, which wasnt clearly stated on the listing, then the worst thing was the bed was incredibly old, u can feel the springs and everything felt very used and not clean…bed sheets, cover, everything! The worst experience i ever had!!

After taking a shower the floor easily gets wet and we didn't find a mop to wipe it The AC in the room works well but difficult to adjust the tube so it's not leaking. Otherwise everything is great

Cockroaches in the kitchen.

The accommodation is clean and neat. Shared Bathroom but it is fine. Unfortunately there were cockroaches in the kitchen. The host was very accommodating.

Overall it was pretty clean, one of the pillows had a weird smell so maybe you can try to air out the closet a bit

- The location is, hands down, amazing. It is vis-à-vis the Termini station, so you have the metro available, a thousand bus lanes and a lot of popular food & cafe chains. Since the Rome’s infrastructure is not the greatest, I really don’t think there is a better place for a tourist to stay in this city. - We liked the fact that there is also a well equipped shared kitchen in the apartment, so you can also eat at home. - The small outside garden is also pretty nice. - The host is really friendly!

I could say that staff was helpful and nice but we paid money for it, like literally, it was my first time I was charged for check in later than a certain time, if you arrive past 20:00 you gotta pay extra. Place is old, needs solid renovation, and seems dirty, quality of bed, towels and furniture is very low. Wi-fi is dead, don't have any expectations and go buy a Vodafone card on the station. It's a place to spent a night before your morning train, other than that spend some time and find something else. We are traveling with a small dog and the place was pet friendly (for additional money, of course) this is why I have no regrets but if you travel with no pets and don't need a train station in 2 mins distance - consider something else 100%

Giuseppe is a great guest, warm and charming, who made sure we felt comfortable the whole time and that the place was always neat and perfectly clean. The proximity to Termini is ridiculously convenient.
