Location was excellent, with eateries and shops within walking distance. The host was fantastic too and even helped prep our lunch for our trek! Overall a warm homely feel.

A nice little hotel in the centre of Orosei with a decent appointed room with balcony, fridge and kettle. Perfect for getting to the local beach and the rest of the Eastern coastal areas. Breakfast was good and the terrace outside the hotel was well laid out.

Parking was an issue, but that happens in Sardinian towns. Room was small, so if you have a lot of luggage it might be an issue. No fridge in our room.

Great location in the town. Service was excellent. Rooms were separated from the restaurant so that wasn't an issue. Rooms were quiet, with solid facilities.

Room was at the third floor: elevator only until the second floor, ceiling was super low (I risked hitting my head several times), water pressure absolutely insufficient (absent in some moments). Room size was good, but with very old furniture. Parking is at walking distance, but it is public (so not belonging to the hotel), not guaranteed, unpaved, without surveillance. Only cash payment accepted for tourist tax.

Perfect position, average breakfast. I had to update the date of my stay by phone and the staff helped me.

the bed was very uncomfortable, wifi was very slow, air conditioning only for the whole floor and not with big impact, arrived 30 min after official checkin time and room was not ready (checkin is already late with 4 PM), very loud room due to the restaurant and even from the floor as the doors and windows are not big enough to give you a silent stay, breakfast was also not the best. in general the worst stay for us on our trip in sardinia and we would not reccoment to stay here.

our room felt like a cave as it had windows to the restaurants balcony, which were closed by blinds on the outside. Hence, we had more or less none natural lighting and not the best air quality.

The room was ok, but the air conditioning was so noisy, it kept us awake half of the night! At breakfast I was told that the cost of the room and breakfast only included one cup of coffee. Property advertised parking, but there was none, and public parking was very difficult.
